"16"" Japanese GEISHA
I had purchased two Japanese dolls for my granddaughter and they were lovely and well made. Her best friend and frequent visitor to our home loved them so I bought this one for her birthday. I didn't feel this doll was as pretty as the others. Her shoes were missing ! The girls just thought she was suppose to be barefoot so I didn't say anything. As with the others it came quickly and well protected.

My Mother was extremely surprised when she got these for her Birthday. Childhood memories sprug up and she cried because she always wanted a beautiful Geisha doll. Well she got two! Lovely in every way!

A very nice replica of the Geisha Dolls of the 1950's and 60's
As mentioned in my review of the Geisha Doll DOL6018-16", this doll was bought as a replacement for a similar doll lost in a fire, the previous doll was of somewhat higher quality than this one, but all-in-all this is a very nice doll for the price and looks good in a case.
