Excellent light if you want to stick to AA batteries.
Great build quality as expected. Very decent power and throw considering it’s working off an Alkaline AA battery. I needed a torch where I could remove the battery and keep it aside and put the battery and use it when I liked without issues like leakage and battery discharge / charge issue. This fits the bill perfectly. Super premium build quality.

A really good small flashlight
I use a flashlight torch daily which is why I do not purchase rechargeable ones that don't allow you to replace their batteries. This one takes one AA battery which lasts a really long time. Performance is very good. Most days I use the low beam which has a range of about to 5-10 meters and is perfectly acceptable brightness for most purposes. Medium goes double the distance while at high the light is very bright and goes out even more but makes the torch hot. Low and medium should be ok for most people unless they work in emergency/ police services. Operation is intuitive and easy. I did not find much use for the magnetic tail as I carry the torch on me most of the time. Rather, in a bag or backpack the torch attaches to things like keys and magsafe holders so it can be a bit of a nuisance. The torch has memory as it remembers the last setting it was used in. This is useful. Overall, it is a costly torch, but it is value for money given the build quality.

Sehr gut verarbeitete kompakte Taschenlampe mit guter Lichtleistung für die kleine Grösse. Was nicht gefällt: Die Verpackung. Man muss sie kaputt schneidern, um sie aufzukriegen. Somit kann man die Taschenlampe nicht in einer kleinen Box aufbewahren. Für den Preis von über 40 € ein NoGo, solch eine Verpackung !

Very handy and well made small size for carrying about. I carry mine all the time during the longer nights and use it regularly. Uses AA rechargeable batteries and gives out an adjustable powerful light for its size.
