Perfect fit and comfortable
Fit perfectly in my shoe and are comfortable.I’ve had to buy these because my little annoying dog liked to chew the insides of my trainers so destroyed the heel. The rest of the shoe was okay but my feet were beginning to hurt. This was the perfect solution for my needs.My feet are now not hurting, and my little annoying dog still wants to chew my shoes but this provided extra protection.

Soft, medium thickness and slightly wide
I bought size 13 and cut them down to fit my size 11.5 Vivobarefoot shoes to add some cushion. Would recommend.
