We bought it for a prank and is actually a pretty good item

Surprised my girl out of the shower and got a good laugh. It’s pretty funny. Not adjustable and I don’t have much of a butt so it was kind of saggy. Good gag gift or white elephant.

It this as more of a gag, but the wife love them. Really shows of the "elephant trunk", and the googly eyes just make it even better.It fits comfortably, and stretches as you grow, so no feeling constricted when things stiffen up.The ears are floppy, and everything about this is just fun and silly, but definitely a keeper.Highly recommended!

Got this to give as part of a white elephant gift exchange at Christmas for an adult-themed holiday party. Was a lot of laughs for us as well as the the individual who received it :-)

These Elephant Underwear were a blast to wear and all my girl could say was that's some funny stuff you got there. Was kind of hard to get my stuff in the trunk that's why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5
