1000% out of 100%. If I could give it more stars I would. I have been very lactose intolerant since I was 19 ( i am 33 now) and I grew up in the great Midwest dairy state eating dairy my whole life. I love dairy, but dairy hates me. Lactaid i thought was the solution but it never did anything no matter me trying to triple the dosage. For years I just let my lactose intolerance dictate my choices (mostly) but I saw adverts for Milktab when hearing there's been a surge in development for lactose intolerance digestives that pack a better "punch". I chose to try Milktab after doing a big comparison between a lot of other similar companies producing these kinds of products. What really won me over was that this doesn't just help digest lactose but the other parts that make up dairy products like protease and lipase. So I gave it a shot for a vacation to universal studios in Orlando. Since the first pill it has worked LITERAL wonders! Normally having something with dairy makes me search for the nearest bathroom in 10 minutes or less but I got to enjoy my entire day and not have that painful danger feeling in my tummy. I got to eat so much food that i never get to have otherwise without any pain which for how long I've been lactose intolerant, its practically unheard of! For a pretty affordable 12$ at the time of purchasing a small sleeve of 15 pills I thought that was great for stuffing in my purse/wallet while on vacation and it didn't take up much room. After a whole week of testing, I trusted these pills so much I ordered directly from Milk tab and got their deal for 3 boxes so I can enjoy dairy again. I can't say much about the taste as I would usually just take it with some water or soda which I think is the preferred method and works fine. The pills themselves if i let it rest on my tongue for a few seconds sorta taste like what I think bland cardboard tastes like. If that's all i have to deal with to eat dairy then that i'd argue is a completely fair trade off. I will 100% buy from them again.

I have been not only severely lactose intolerant but dairy intolerant for 9 years. I have never tried any lactase supplements or even looked into them until recently. This brand was one of the top recommendations on Google when I did research and then all of everyone else's comments helped me decide to give it a try and I am so glad I did! I started out with a small amount of dairy because that's what Google recommended. Took 1 pill then ate a couple cupcakes and felt no side affects after only eating small amounts for a few days I then moved to a larger amount of dairy including ice cream and cheese. I did take 2 pills for that just in case and I did not have ANY side affects! I am amazed that this works and I highly recommend. I promise you won't regret it.

Love this lactase pills. Easy to take, fast acting, never had an issue so far. Decided to try this in preparation for my Hokkaido Japan trip so I could splurge on the famous milk products!! Perfect!

I love these tablets but, like other users, I ordered the 45-pack and only received 15. The outer packaging looks gross, like something stuck to the package. Amazon immediately refunded my order but use this as a warning when it comes to the 45-packs.

a product that actually works I have severe lactose intolerance as an asian and decided to try this. Had creamy alfredo pasta that had all types of cream, milk, four different types of cheeses, everything you can name of. Ate this and then ate the pasta directly right after as instructed and I'm honestly impressed. I didn't feel the need to run to the toliet but I did decide to poop 4 hours later 5/5. pretty happy

The product itself works fairly well. I feel like it works better than just Lactaid itself. I love the carry size it makes bringing tabs along with you very easy. I usually just keep it in my back pocket. The issues I have are when I tried to contact MilkTab directly because the actual company Milktab only sells this product in packs of 45 but this seller is selling them in packs of 15 for the same price as the 45 pack straight from the Milktab website. It's been weeks and Milktab has not answered any of my emails or even acknowledged my existence in any way. Their current leadtime is 2-4 weeks which I get and understand but I found another product that works and am trying to cancel my order but there have been no responses from Milktab directly, the company I placed the order with directly.

I have tried several other lactase pills and had just about given up dairy for good because nothing else really helped. Lactaid was too weak. The dairypill brand was better, but I still had to take 3-4 to minimize (not eliminate) the effect of a small amount of cheese (think a couple of tablespoons of shredded cheese on a baked potato). Nothing eliminated the effects of dairy until I tried milktab. One day, I took one milktab and ate pizza...PIZZA! Nothing. The next day, I got brave and had ice cream...a full serving. I didn't have any after effects. There was no upset tummy, no emergency bathroom runs, no medicine required afterwards. This stuff is life changing!

I have suffered with lactose intolerance for over 10 years now. I have tried the traditional Lactaid pills many times when I was first diagnosed and found that they really did not help me. I would still end up with gas, cramping and diarrhea, which was very painful and embarrassing to deal with. When I saw an ad for this brand of pills, I knew it was worth a try. I was a bit scared to try, but I had a creamy meal along with just one of these pills and did not experience any lactose intolerance issues. It worked very well and it’s so nice to be able to take one small pill that easily fits on your purse to be able to enjoy dairy when out and about at restaurants, etc.. I’m finally able to eat there again after a long hiatus.
