ELITE BAGS FIT'S Diabetic Insulated Bag for Insulin, Black, RNDEB1291

I was recently diagnosed to be diabetic, I was surprised as to how much stuff you acquire just to test yourself etc etc. Initially I just had a small box but one it looked awful and two difficult to carry around. This bag fills all my diabetic storage needs. I am able to store my meter , test strips, lancets,tablets , note book,test fluid, hypo kit, pen . The list goes on it has a cooler pocket with the blue cool bag for insulin. After all that I still haven't managed to fill the bag there are more pockets and small pouches than anyone could possibly use. Not only is it very practicable it's also a good looking bag ,even if your out and about it looks more like a camera bag than a medical hold-all. It has an adjustable shoulder strap which makes carrying easy. All the Zips and Velcro fastenings are of a high grade and look as though they will last the test of time and continuose use. I would reccomend this bag to anyone with this condition , it enables me to keep all of the vital equipment needed to manage my condition in one place . It's also a great idea as family and friends know exactly where everything is should things go pear shaped and they need to get to your medication quickly. As stated earlier I am newly diagnosed so I'm no expert but unless the medics throw a kitchen sink into the mix this bag should cover all my diabetic needs.

This bag is fantastic. The compartments are so practical. We put a few 10g and 20g snacks in the front pocket. When u open up the front full zip it opens out to loads of internal pockets that fit everything from emergency contact details to the Blood glucose monitor. The finger pricker. The Lancet. Wipes. A pocket for your strips.Then the centre zipped section fits your insulin pens and has another internal section in that one that you could put waterwipes in or your cooling gel pack to keep your insulin cooler on warmer days. We fit 3 small 60ml bottles of glucojuice, a small sharps container. The insulin pen and the glucagon injection into that section!Then the back section has his insulin book and a pen. It's amazing. A must have. We added our ICE tags on it and it's just the perfect bag.

This bag is terrific, I wouldn't be without it! It has plenty of pouches and compartments to house each and every item a diabetic requires - ice pack, 6 insulin pens, meter, spare needles, test strips, swabs, small carton of juice and bag of sweets. There is still room left to house a mobile phone and a convenient zipped pouch at the front for money and cards. The bag is of good quality material with reliable zips, and comes with a shoulder strap for easy carrying. For me, the only feature this bag lacks is an elasticated or Velcro loop at the side through which to slot a bottle of water. This would be really handy for long/short walks. Congratulations on an outstanding product!

I bought this for my newly diagnosed 13 year old son, looked perfect. Whilst it is very well made, I would have prefered it to be a little more streamlined, my son has to carry two meters. Love the cool pouch big enough for a sharps container the size of Epipen , lilly HD pen and case Glucogon, and two quick pens. Too many other random pouches for my liking hard to fit things in without separating them, which means in the mist of a hypo you may have to rummage around, and if someone else has to look for things way to much fussing remember minutes means minuses. Many of then not really good for much. If they ever want to redesign one for teens, I am sure the many T1 parents would be willing to help them design a winning design I sure would. I do love the fact it looks like most of the bags the non diabetic kids carry. So will make him feel somewhat normal again. So thank you Elite Bags.

This is a great travel bag for all your diabetic equipment. It has a compartment for your insulin which will easily fit up to 6 pens and has a compartment for the small ice pack (included with the bag) so it doesn’t come into contact with the the pens, but keeps the compartment cool. There’s loads of other pockets for other stuff like glucose tabs, needles, glucose meters and test strips etc. This is just what I was after for when I’m travelling.

Great bag, reasonably priced. Looks nice too, doesn't scream 'medi-bag'. Has lots of compartments for all your diabetes gear plus handy clear pockets for displaying I.D/emergency details. Enough storage for your hypo kit and a few snacks too. If I could change one thing, it would be to add a small carrying handle on the top ( for when you remove the shoulder strap). But it really is pretty much perfect!**UPDATE** One of the zips broke pretty much straight away. Seller kindly sent me another one bag. This second one developed an issue with a zip fairly soon after, but I chose to carry on using it as it wasn't causing too much trouble. Now, nearly a year in, several zips have failed. I've always used it carefully and not overfilled etc. Such a shame as it's by far the best bag I've come across so far. I might have been very unlucky, but for it to happen on 2 bags, with several zips makes me think there might be a problem.
