Finding heating massage heads is pretty simple, but finding one that is capable of actually getting cold is pretty rare and this one performs the task perfectly. Build wise this is solid as it gets, the plastics feel nice and the metal cooling / heat plate is perfectly smooth. There is a fan built in to dissapate the heat generate by the cooling plate (yeah, that is kind of weird but turns out generating something that gets nearly ice cold actually generates a bit of heat).I really like that you can basically use this on it's own as the battery for the heat / cooling is built in and the buttons to control the functions are on the site. Really appreciate that this uses a simple USB-C charger port too, no stupid power brick needed. I have used this daily for about a week and still on the original charge.

ordered the wrong item, but figured I would give it a trythe ability to cool/heat is handy when I need help to relax the muscles.

We love the gun itself but truthfully the cold and hot top isn’t worth it unless your only getting it for your calf’s or hamstrings as anywhere else on your body is gonna hurt. Coming from a small person who’s body is more bone than not.
