Definitely worth the price and I'll buy another one soon
Okay this camera is very high quality. I was skeptical about it at first, but it works great. We use it in our Zoom studio for live productions and we have it going HDMI out to a USB-C to HDMI adapter and straight into an iMac Pro. It appears in Zoom or Wirecast or any other program. The quality is better than expected, especially for the price.

No built-in mic
Wanted to use this for A/V in remote conference room, but it only supplied video, so I've switched to using this with my portable podcast kit when setting up remote sessions, I'll juse use an external mic hooked into the mixer. The video is decently clear for 1080p video, and the PTZ function is nice and quiet, although the zoom function on the remote seems a bit wonky at times. The camera is way bigger than I thought it would be, so definately make sure you have space for it.

Versatile PTZ capabilities, optical zoom, good customer service
The manufacturer, Tenveo, describes this 11X optical zoom PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) camera for use in video conferences, live streaming church services and worship events, business meetings, etc. I'm doing something different and adding it to my home audio and video studio. I haven't yet decided whether it will be used primarily for wide intro and outro shots of the set or as a main camera for headshots - or both. I'm still playing around with those options. Some early qualms... I have been testing the camera for long in-and-out zooms, via the included remote. Either I haven't quite mastered the remote's buttons or the camera's zooming ie inherently herky-jerky. Also, there is no built-in mic and the latency in the audio-video is still a challenge. I've used the camera's USB C and HDMI outputs to my MacBook Pro 15 M3 Max to determine the cause, but have found no solution yet. Maybe it's the software, and I'm still experimenting with that.Tenveo's customer service has been very good. I contacted them about the HDMI connection which didn't seem to be working. I was told an HDMI adapter capture device was needed, which I happened to already own. By the way, the distance limits for cable runs is: USB-15m/49.21ft, HDMI-30m/98.42ft., which is why I'm interested in the HDMI connection. I'm experimenting with both. The video quality is very good, via the camera's 11X OPTICAL zoom (other Tenveo models offer 20X), 1/2.8'' CMOS Sensor, and 2.38 megapixel wide-angle Lens. The manufacturer's specs for the panning and tilting range is 350° (±175°) horizontally and 180°(±90°) vertically, which provides wide possible coverage of whatever I'm shooting. This is cool: there are 10 preset settings through the remote control and up to "255 presets, via RS232 and RS485 interfaces for professional control." I'll never use all of that, but you may and it's good to have the capability. As noted by the manufacturer, there are several mounting options: "desktop, monitor, tripod, wall or ceiling mounting (wall mount & mounting screws included). I'm using a tripod, as shown in the attached picture.I like this camera for my purposes. I'll continue to attempt to find a solution for the aforementioned latency glitch.

Good PTZ camera
For the price, this is a good alternative to other name brand PTZ conference cameras. It has a good picture and it has a good zoom. I like that you can connect a controller through the available ports, but the remote also works well. Here are a few other thiughts:- The camera can be automatically adjusted through presets. This is perfect to automate angles for a specific room.- I had trouble connecting it to one of my laptops through usb-c due to not enough power. Unfortunately I couldn't resolve it- I appreciated theycamera movements were silent.- it doesn't have a mic. I guess this makes sense as a distance camera, but it would still be nice to have.Overall, it's a decent camera for the price

Very good picture quality and good zoom
This conference camera is pretty big and it’s definitely not your average conference camera. The image quality is pretty good even for a 1080P and setting it up was pretty simple. The zoom function is pretty good and there are plenty of adjustable options as well. Very cool live streaming PTZ conference camera.

Clear, Quiet, but Lacking Features
The camera arrived well-packaged with the main unit firmly surrounded by foam packaging and all of the accessories such as the remote and power brick segregated into individual cardboard boxes. The camera itself feels well-built. It is mostly constructed of metal, has a solid and heavy feel. This is not a camera that would be jostled around on a conference room desk, nor is it small and light to where it would be easily transported around. Connection via USB to my work PC was easy, the camera was recognized in Zoom and Teams just fine and the quality of the image was fantastic for 1080p.The included remote works, is able to control the PTZ of the camera as well as a number of other functions and seems to have decent-enough range. Unfortunately the quality of the remote is sub-par. It is light, feels cheap, and the battery compartment is nearly impossible to get to stay closed. I would hardly be able to use the remote in a home, let alone in any business environment where it might be handled frequently or tossed on a conference room desk. It is surprising that a camera that feels as well-constructed as this could come with such a horrible, cheap IR remote.I was surprised to discover that it does not include an onboard Mic, something that is relatively inexpensive and would have made much more sense as a conference room camera (since, you know, people generally need to be heard speaking).Overall, the camera video quality is great, and the motion is quiet and smooth, but I feel as if it's lacking a lot of features that should be standard in 2024 such as a Mic or network streaming support, especially at this price point.
