I have had many training belts before this one but they all had thick leather, so cut into your waist when doing deadlifts and lower back. This one gives great support and comfort when lifting. So much so I purchased one for my stepson

I'm not a heavy lifter and for me this is a perfect size. Great value for money and material is great.Not sure if this will work for heavyweight players but definitely great for beginners.

It’s a cheap belt, it does its job but sometimes I feel like I’m having a hernia whilst wearing it.

My first gym belt. I didn't want anything leather and this was a great alternative. XL is really large but still fits me just about. Makes a significant difference to my stability in squats and deadlifts.

Received the product and the smell was the first thing I noticed. This product absolutely reeked of smoke to the point that the room it was stored in over night now stinks. Size comes up short compared to guidelines and the wrists straps that were advertised as part of the product are missing.
