Love my cube ice machine! The self cleaning mode is great & the external water container on top of the machine Also made ice stays frozen a long time in the basket And the basket is large Ice is crisp & clean taste great Ice last a long time in your cup I haven’t tried all of the functions as of yet I have it set to 4 for the thickness It goes from 1-6 It makes ice fast! You do have to break the sheet apart to separate the cubes, I use a stainless steel straw or simply do it easily with my hands It came with a few ice bags but I bought a 50 pack of 5 lb bags here on Amazon I didn’t really find too much use for the scooper gadget A world of difference from the Frigidaire nugget ice machine I had previously for so many reasons & features And I had an awesome coupon which lowered the price Someone from e Cozy emailed me Thanking me for the purchase & letting me know that if I had any questions or needed anything they are there for me I thought that was nice One happy camper here!

Works so much better than the bullet style ice makers. The size of the cubes are larger and colder, so they don’t immediately melt when in a drink. On the coldest setting, it takes about 15 mins to make a tray of 16 cubes. For the best results, I immediately put the cubes in the freezer as opposed to leaving them in the ice make basket. The noise level seems to be a bit louder than bullet style makers I’ve used in the past, however the end result is worth the extra noise.

Got the ice maker last July, set it up and it worked fine. We bought it because our fridge doesn't make a lot of ice so if we have more than a few people over we wanted to be able to have ice. Simple enough. Anyway, we put it away and didn't use it again until last week (April) when a water main broke and our neighborhood was out of water for a day. We had a few gallons of water for emergencies and wanted to use some of that to make ice. Turned on the machine, filled the reservoir and expected ice shortly thereafter. When no ice was heard falling into the bucket I went to check on the machine, turns out the ice won't drop into the ice bucket after a sheet is made. The issue with this is that the ice maker stops working because it senses the ice maker is full when in fact, no ice has fallen into the bucket. I tried to adjust the tabs that kept the ice from falling into the bucket to no avail. The ice would melt and the water would run through the cycle again. Otherwise, someone would have to stand at the machine and manually flip the ice into the bucket so more ice would be made. I called the eCozy customer service number and left a message - was surprised to get a call back within a few minutes. However, the rep told me that she would forward my issue to the company and they would email me a solution within about 48 hours. That was over a week ago. No follow up, no ice. I'm disappointed by the lack of service and that I only used the machine with success one time. Now I have another piece of junk in a closet as I wait for customer service to get back to me.

I love this. I use it in the warm months and fill bags of ice and place them in the freezer for filling ice chests on demand as needed. When cooler weather comes, I keep adequate bags of ice handy and pack the ice maker back in its box and store it away until the appropriate season. It does not take up a lot of space, is easy to clean, and the cubes are exactly the type I like, which you can choose the density of the cube you want depending on its use. Very versatile and easy to use.

Misunderstood this product. Makes ice as described very well but doesn't have the ability to keep the ice frozen in the machine. It has to be bagged for freezer as soon as it's made or it will melt.

Absolutely love this ice machine! Very easy to use and plenty of ice ready for you! HOWEVER, unfortunately, it stopped working just short time later.

We got this ice maker because we had problems with our fridge one. At one point we were buying bags of ice but decided to give this a try. This little machine is producing ice like there is no tomorrow! Super easy to use, does not take much counter coach, quiet and extremely fast at producing ice!

This is so close to being a 5 star. The only reason is the ice drops in sheets and is hard to break up. The amount of counter top space is minimal which is great. I haven't noticed it to be overwhelmingly loud. We purchased this for some Holiday parties and it definitely did it's job. It will be a great asset for soccer season as well since our fridge can't keep up with all the weekly practices and games. I love how it has the extra external water tank for continuous use for large parties. I highly recommend this product for anyone needing more ice than what their fridge can keep up with.

Amazing Ice maker. Nice different thickness and it’s the perfect small size for eating. Not to loud when it’s running and all the functions work great

Great ice maker. Love the extra tank for refilling. Ice might be a little too hard even with adjustments to be able to break apart. Overall, it's the best non-commercial unit I have owned so far. No more water down beverages for me.

Leaks alot internally. Would not recommend this product. 200 dollars for it to work safely for 4 months. No return exchange or support available after 3 months. Do not buy

This is a definite upgrade from the bullet style ice makers; this produces solid cubes that take longer to melt. Also love the external water tank that detaches; makes filling the unit so much easier. Highly recommend!

This machine makes lots ice in very little time...awesome.
