Very Bad Product and unprofessionalism from safari
Very very bad product.It's just broken within 6 months.And the customer service is very very bad. I lost my physical warranty card. I mailed multiple time to safari they told it is impossible for them to fix my luggage. Very very bad experience from safari.

Good product with poor handle
I usually dont write product reviews, but I felt doing so this time. This product is value for money, but not great. Its like you get what you pay for. However, manufacturers can make it great if they wanted to. Storage, body material is good, however the handle is small and isnt too firm. It felt loose and filmsy. I have a couple of samsonites (slightly higher price), and they are sturdy. I took this one for US trip and always felt that the handle might break at anytime. I wouldnt recommend this.
