I use this sound system in my store and it works very well. The sound is powerful and clear, and it fills the space nicely without distortion. It’s great for playing music in the background and creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. The setup was simple and the speakers have good quality. It’s a reliable system and a good option for small businesses or shops.

I spent hourss trying to find a good sounding mini home theater, it is so worth the price, sounds amazing, I had one from a different brand and had it for 2 years but I needed an upgrade, so I came upon this, looked at the reviews, not so many, now I can give a better and detailed review for anyone wondering if its worth it. It is! The cords were the perfect length, still was a lot left, the one I had before I had to add more so it could reach the other side of my room, this one is just perfect, the quality its just so good, easy to power. Easy to use with the control, the volume is outstanding and looks amazing. Its very easy to install, so if ur out there looking for a good speaker I hope my review helps. Im in love. Movies with it sound soo much better.

Been using it for a couple of months, and it's pretty good for the price. Listening to music or anything you want loud through the TV/AV cables is disappointing, even at max volume. If you connect via Bluetooth, then your phone/device's volume control amplifies it, and it sounds good/loud.

Well Amazon sucks, delivered late and to wrong address but I can't hold the seller/manufacturer to blame for that and this unit truly imprsses! Haven't installed permanently yet and if speaker wires are too short, I may take a star off but not for sound quality! I have been into audio for decades (almost 50 and still have a sub in one of my cars). This system flat out sounds great. Great for home theater, great for music, thundering bass! Hate ordering generic, foreign junk but this is not junk, its phenomenal!

Five stars across the board just product is every bit as it is described the only test that I will be doing is its durability and length of operation seems to be built I mean it's plastic but it doesn't need to be anything else for what it is the sound that comes out of this thing is absolutely impressive a lot of it has to do with that subwoofer is really quite good for me anyway I've got one bedroom and I've got a it's way more than I need but it's sounds awesome actually and for the price I stole it I absolutely stole it. Very happy with it.

When I purchase a product, the first most important feature is customer service. The second most important thing is customer service. The third most important thing is customer service. Nothing sours me more on a product than poor customer service. Bobtot has ZERO customer service. I cannot use the words that I truly feel in this comment section because of the format - I would be censored. Here is the scenario ... There are a number of unanswered questions left from the description, that I wanted clarified. I called the Bobtot customer service line, but got a simple "not available" voice message -- not even a professional company voice message. Hours later I received a text message, "What is your question?" I have multiple specific questions, much too much to go into via a text message, so I left a reply, "I have some questions on the Bobtot B79 system. Please call me." Nothing. Several hours later, I called the Bobtot support line a second time -- no answer, just the same generic voice message. I then sent another text message and said, "I need to speak to someone on the phone. Please call me." Hours later - nothing. The next day I received another test message...(The next day! Hmmm?) For some reason this company has an aversion to using the phone. I just don't understand it. Any company that I cannot get someone on the phone, I have no respect for. I am removing 2 stars from the ratings because of poor customer service. I do not want a product that has zero support. I know of no products in this world that are guaranteed 100%, and there will come a time when the item needs repair or service. Bobtot does not appear to care one way or another about its products once they are sold. They've got your money from the purchase, so forget about helping the customer after that. Here is my review of the system. I give it "2 stars overall." I deducted 2 stars becasue there is NO customer service. If you feel like purchasing this item, you are on-your-own. There will be no help after the purchase. I also removed another star because of some system shortcomings. My rating: 2 Stars, the system audio is good, but there are some significant shorcomings. Pros 1. The system has good power. The audio is good, but could use an equalizer. 2. Setup is easy. 3. The FM tuner functions better than other systems I have had. It is able to receive even weak stations. 4. You can turn-off the LEDs on the subwoofer, it you want. I prefer the LEDs set to OFF when I am watching a movie. I find the constant flashing a distraction. 5. The 5.1/2.1 button selects the output to the speakers. With a stereo (2 channel) input, you can get audio to all speakers by selecting 5.1. If you select 2.1, then only the front speakers and subwoofer have audio. Cons 1. There is no way to adjust the front, rear, center, or subwoofer without the remote control. This is a big negative. 2. When the system is turned-on, the volume is set to 45 as a default (very loud). This is bad. I measured the volume with my decibel meter and it read 106db! This is much, much too loud a setting just by turning the system to "ON." It should be set between 15-20 on the volume scale as a default (not 45). Perhaps there is a way to reset the default setting, but again, there is no way to contact Customer Support. Be sure you have selected any input other than the radio or you could blow the system. If you place the system in "Stand-By" mode, the unit remembers the previous volume setting. If you turn the unit OFF via the rear panel rocker switch, the volume spikes at 45 when turned back on. I am removing another 1 Star for this isssue. 3. The tuner is very cumbersome to use. You cannot simply press up-channel or down-channel button. The unit stops at every single station on the dial. You must then press your UP button again until you hit the next station. Then press UP again, and again, and again. It starts at 88.8. I wanted 107.3. It took me 4 minutes to press the UP tuner button over-and-over-and-over-and-over-and-over-and-over, etc. Very poor design. 4. I have read multiple reviews with complaints about the remote control not working. There is a replacement remote available on Amazon. I would recommend you buy it if you intend to keep this system, just in case of a failure later-on. Remember, there is no customer support from Bobtot. 5. The remote control shown on the Amazon Ad page is not the same as the remote in the box. 6. There is no treble/bass adjustment, nor an equalizer. I have had systems that had pre-programmed equalizer settings to choose from. This unit does not even have that. You can adjust the front, rear, center, and subwoofer db levels, from -10 to +10, but that is all. No treble/bass adjustments. You can only make these db adjustments via the remote control. There is no way to access these settings from the subwoofer. Update: I am removing another star from my rating, so the final ranking is "1 Star." This is why.....I was forced to return the system. While connecting the speakers to the ports on the back of the unit, I received a shock when I touched the Coax connector and the screws in the center of the back. There are 4 screws in a 3" x 4" rectangle in the exact center of the back, I assume that are used to mount a circuit board on the inside of the unit. I received a small shock when my hand brushed these screws when connecting to the "Coax" input. At first I thought that perhaps it was my imagination. I took my multimeter and mearsured from these screws to the coax connector, and got a reading of 1185 mv. This is a real short! I went back to the Amazon Reviews for this unit and found a review where the person said that his unit had started smoking after only a short time of use. That was enough to convince me. I feel that this is a potential fire hazard. I thought this over, and decided I could not trust leaving my house with this unit operating on the chance it could start a fire and burn-down my house. In conclusion, the system is powerful. The audio is good, but could use an equalizer or equalizer settings option. There is NO customer service, so you are on-your-own once you make the purchase. And, if you are lucky enough to get a unit that does not overheat, smoke, start a fire, or burn your house down, then good for you.
