Before it broke, I think it was a reliable alarm clock. But I didn't realize that when turning the clock setup and alarm knob, you're supposed to move them in a specific way. Like the alarm knob is only supposed to turn clockwise so it's annoying to make changes 1-2 hours backwards. I moved the knob counter-clockwise and it broke the clock easily. I hope they can fix this knob issue.

Very nice quality, well built, silent and accurate. The design is sleek and classy, and the clock face is large enough that I can easily see the time from across the room. The time and alarm were easy to set, the backlight is bright enough, dimmable, and very pleasant to the eye. Overall, this is definitely a great alarm clock to have. Recommended.
