biking earplugs
bought these as was going on an 8 day bike tour and everyone said they would be a good idea. small and compact case, you can attach to your key ring. soft earplugs which did cut out a lot of noise. I found them uncomfortable at first, I have very small ears and the ends seemed to stick out a long way and then it hurt when i put my helmet on. I cut off a good 5mm of the stalk and it helped a lot , far more comfy and no noticeable difference. Wore them for 8 days , after the first day they were fine- still a little uncomfortable to take helmet off as they press into your ears quite a lot. however well worth if for that all day comfort. Found myself less tired at the end of the day as well , which was a nice surprise.

Decent plug
I got some from the bike show from The Bennets Stand which are great, these are very much alike those. Theyre a good ear plug which seam to fit well.

Great ear plugs but sometimes difficult to remove.
These ear plugs are great for use on a motorbike. They cut out most of the wind & engine noise but you can still hear people talk when you take your helmet off & hear the sound from helmet mounted speakers. They are very comfortable & don't hurt after prolonged use which is what I find from the foam expanding type. One small gripe...if you happen to push them in too far, they are difficult to get out again...but it's only happened a couple of times out of the hundreds of times I've used them. They are very easy to clean, the case is great because you can carry them on your bike key & they are perfect if you don't want the expense of the custom made ear plugs.

A world of difference
So, this is my first foray into motorcycle ear plugs so I do not have anything to compare these to - except: no earplugs! I did however, do lots and lots of research on plugs both disposable and not expensive and not and these were already in my choice of top 3 before I then asked people whom I knew had been riding a lot longer than me and the consensus was these ones. So today, i plugged them in and instantly noticed the sound attenuation (decrease). But I wasn't sure how much sound and what frequencies would continue to be let through. When I started the bike I noticed the engine sound was clear and I could also hear other ambient sounds. Being on the road was good but where it really impressed me was on the motorway. At 70 instead of the onslaught of noise I usually have (so don't enjoy highway rides) I found myself calm and it all peaceful in my ears. Absolutely great. Back near home on the slower urban roads I got a call through my headset and I heard the caller fine. The only downside for me is that I just don't like having anything in my ears so wear over earphones for music etc. But if its an equation between a little physical discomfort with the ear plugs vs a LOT of noise without the winner is these earplugs. Thanks to all those who recommended them to me. I feel like this is a good and safe decision. and went out to the motorway. I was up to cruising speed and

Get the right size for your ear
Handy to store and use, but for long journeys with high noise levels you need something with a snug fit. I found my ears were ringing after more than 1 hour on the bike. I've given them 3 stars as the dB noise reduction isn't as good as advertised I feel, but maybe they aren't the right size for my ears. You can't check until you have them and have opened up the packaging so for me the lesson is go and get some moulded ear plugs as soon as you get the chance.

Does the job.
After finding similar ones not very good I found these to be much better. Comparison test done - same bike, same helmet, same ride - and they were my preferred choice. Good quality, soft and comfy in the ear, and easy to insert and remove afterwards with a handy metal container to put them in when not in use. Well worth trying.

Some of the best Earplugs I have ever used
The first time I put them in I thought I had wasted my money, but I took them out and tried putting them in a different way. , With a twist of the stem they went and hey presto a wonderful seal. 2 days later and there in and on their way to France for a 5 day holiday and 1500 miles. The sat nav & music was clear but the road noise was hardly noticeable, even at 90 (KM/PH Obviously). Now I don't ride the bike without them. The one thing I did do was to use a black sharpie to mark the end of the stem on the left one. At least that way the left one always gets put in my left ear. I'm going to get another pair for the girlfriend and would highly recommend. M.

Good kit
Can't say I have used earplugs before. Was always put off by the ones from work which worked great but thought I wouldn't be able to hear hazards etc on bike. I also use an intercom to talk to my wife as pillion or when we are on our own bikes for a ride. Only bought these as the wind noise in my Shark helmet is ridiculous on longer rides. These plugs are pretty comfortable and only seem to filter out the worst of the wind noise. I can still hear the intercom and haven't lost the awareness of hazards and engine note. It is only filtering out the worst of the wind noise. Seemed expensive for what it is, but I'd certainly recommend them and will buy again when these get too icky!

indispensabili in moto

Y si, si los he puesto bien.
