There isn't much to this supplement - a few ingredients - but they are effective. So, while the marketing/packaging is nice and it has some quality ingredients, it isn't something incredible in my opinion. That said, the ingredients in this are proven effective for improving cognitive functions, and it seems to work fine - though not the best tasting supplement.

This is so much better than coffee, and it’s tasty! Brainflow keeps me energized throughout the day without the caffeine crash! Will never go back!

This is what I drink when I want to get my brain going. Typically have it in the morning before I start my work day, and I feel refreshed even into the evenings.

This tastes absolutely terrible. I mixed it with my yogurt . Tastes like dirt.I'd rather buy the lions mane supplement in a pill form for half the cost

For all the millennials who grew up drinking Carnation Instant Breakfasts....THIS IS FOR YOU! Takes exactly the same, but none of the crap ingredients! I absolutely love this as an afternoon treat!

Doesn't taste great, but isn't bad when mixed in with a cup of hot chocolate.

This makes a good smoothie mix in. Quite orange though. Recommended!
