Ita hard to say if you feel them working in your body because I take these as an extra caution to my lifestyle. Though they are small and easy to swallow so that's a plus. Plus the price is very competitive which is great!

These are excellent VitD3 and K2 tablets. Our family like these.We have all seen a remarkable improvement in overall health and resistance to illness while taking these supplements. Its no surprise considering most people are deficient in the hormone Vit D3 which is responsible for intracellular communication and as a messenger chemical for DNA transcoding. No wonder things go wrong when this hormone is in short supply to almost every cell including the immune system.
