Feel the Burn!
The media could not be loaded. Great addition to my home gym. Very easy to assemble. It’s compact and light so it is so easy to carry from one room to the next. I am 5 ft 3 inches and it is perfect for me. On the first try, I can definitely feel the burn in the abs. I feel this is way better than doing crunches on the floor bc it doesn’t strain your back or shoulders. It uses your body’s weight and you have to use your core muscles to pull yourself up, therefore it targets the right muscles to give you the abs results you want. Of course, I haven’t developed any abs yet but I can definitely feel the difference in my core muscles. Definitely recommended!

Better Than Expected
The ab machine is smaller than expected but for the space that I have it’s actually perfect! The 4 different difficulty levels are nice. To adjust it is really easy too it’s just a pin. The max weight of the machine is 350 lbs. it’s something to note. It comes with a convenient count and timer that you can put next to the handles which makes it way nice especially after you’ve done a couple sets. Lastly, the portable and foldable design of the machine is way nice for storing it when you’re not using it.

Great for the price
Pretty simple set up, instructions were a little unclear but easy enough. Once we set it up, it was easy to use, and it is super easy to store. You just take out 2 pins and it’s slim to store under a bed. It doesn’t come with batteries, so make sure to have some. It was a little scary at first, but got the hang of it pretty quick. It came faster than I expected. I’d definitely recommend for the price. My abs are burning!

Works well but could be sturdier
This is a great ab work out. It has 3 levels of adjustment to increase the difficulty of the workout. It does have a tracker but I cannot figure out what the tracker piece actually is telling me. The instructions are a bit light. It is metal it does not feel very sturdy.

Hits the Abs really well, pins could be more secure
This makes for a really great Ab workout and was very simple to put together. My only issue is that the pins that hold it together and adjust the height just aren't secure enough. It would be nice if they really locked in and held the machine together firmly. Great workout, I just wish it was more secure.

Smaller than I was expecting, but that's a good thing!
Alright, so I was looking for an alternative to my sit-up bench in terms of working on my abs. So far, I have very few complaints! It's well-made, minus the batteries-not-included tracker display. Dimensions are a bit off on the listing though. They say 48"L x 15"W x 40"H, Extended to the highest position, I've got 38"L x 15.5"W x 34"H. But the operation is very smooth and quiet, definitely feel it in your core, height is adjustable for the incline. The counter counts both up swings and down swings as a rep, unfortunately. I feel it should group up and down as 1 rep, instead of 2, feels like cheating, but I realize that may be exactly what some people want. I'll just be sure to either keep a mental count or stop at double the number I call a rep.Assembly was easier than typing this review. They provide instructions and a thank you note, but I found assembly to be so simple and quick, I didn't even need to look at the instructions, took me about 5 minutes to put it all the way together. The roller coaster part is already assembled, you just have to install the back leg, the handles, the computer, and the cushions (along with their end caps). Only the handles required the included Allen-wrench tool, everything else requires no tools. I am a little upset the Allen-wrench has a Phillips screwdriver on the long end, considering nothing during this install requires a Phillips screwdriver, but it's fine, just run the screws down by hand and finish it off with the short end of the wrench. Also (thankfully) this is very easy to fold and store in a space as small as 47"L x 15.5"W x 8"H (laying down). Basically, something like a broom closet. So, it will easily fit between some items in your hallway closet taking up a little more room than an ironing board. The only real negative I can say about this is the little computer, when you press the one and only button on it, seems like it's putting a lot of stress on the circuit board underneath, as it distorts the LCD screen with every press. Also, they couldn't be bothered to include the 1-AA battery this needs to operate. It's fine, doesn't need the battery or the screen at all to exercise on so this is a very minor gripe.

It's a bit much for me and some are cheaper.
It's a bit much for me and some are cheaper. Wasn't bad to assemble but not really explained. The concept is simple enough,, but this old man finds it difficult on the lowest setting. I like that this folds up well. The monitor is very cheaply made and not likely to last but not essential to use. I notice there are many very similar items out there that are lower in price. Is this one better? I don't know.
