Resistance band
Fast shipping. Band seems sturdy and it even came with instructions for use. Purchased to help with physical therapy exercises but the added exercises was a nice bonus.

I purchased the Aqua band
I purchased this after watching YouTube channel The Girl with The Pilates Mat. The band brand she used is only sold in UK and Europe, so I searched until I found this one - which is very similar. I completed a workout today and this band was perfect and strong for completing all the exercises and long enough for the extensions. I also purchased the shorter version.

Really good band and quality but not light
I used the band in a Zenga zoom class and as I just had shoulder surgery I needed the lightest band and the pink was labeled as the lightest, but was not. I couldn’t even use it. I had to use my yellow band. It was more like the red or even green. It was good and sturdy but not the light that I needed.

Feels very solid. Just what I wanted for shoulder strengthening exercises. Professional quality, as good as what I got from my ortho doc.

Snapped in half with first use
I took this band out of the package and started doing some light exercise and stretching. On the 4th exercise I tried, the band completely snapped in half.
