Nice product, easy to install, but blue color only not working, otherwise good product.

Remote didn’t work with lights.

I am giving this a four star beacuse the remote quality is kinda bad cuz when i first use the remote it was not working but when i turn the cell of the remote and put it back it start working but very slow you have to press again and again to change the colour of the light the light quality is also not that good my fav colour i purple but when i add the colour purple in the light on someside it's a lightish blue and some side it's solid purple so what the hell is this i would remcommend not buy this light buy it from a near by electrician store so u can complain about this light and return it easily and conveintly

Product is good. But unfortunately the remote is not working ( rapper provided in the remote is removed before use) Therefore I’m unable to use the 16 functions of remote. Specially the brightness I want to reduce to make it dimmer to avoid light flicker disturbance to other. Pls help me I cannot remove and return as it has taken he’ll lot of time to remove and pack. Also it can not be packed in original condition to ask for replacement as the roller is fragile and delicate. I want your help and a confirmation email

To eveyone who is giving bad review bout this product i just want to say u did not know how to use led strip properly ... So im posting this for all of how to use it properly... My led light is working properly and its the 10m one... First of all after you buy the product im sure you want to test it out.. MAke sure you watch a youtube vdo on how to connect the adapter properly to the led strip light... Sec of all while you test the led light which is still in the package form (roll together)make sure you dont test it to much only about 60sec will be.enough or else your led light will heat to much and can be destroy already.... Third of all when you put that in your wall dont press it to much cus some will be not working instead press it gentle to the wall... ( i have learn it from my mistake which is why just a liitle area which i have press to much is not working) and fourth of all u cant directly off from the switch insted use the remote.button which says off and then off from the switch... I hope this help ... My led have been more then 4 weeks since i bought it but it is perfectly fine... But when you bought it and it has some disfaction i require you to.return it as fast as possible.... And buy again... Hope this help
