Cool piece of art to add to a room
I am not a naturally crafty person and this was SO easy to put together and adds some texture to the artwork I already have. They have a link to a video that I followed pretty much step by step because again, not a naturally crafty person but also a perfectionist...I will say I wish the video was slowed down just a bit has a I had to pause and rewind a few times. But all in all it worked well. All of the nail holes are already pre drilled so you really just have to place the nails in all of them and then go ham on wrapping the strings.

Fun Craft
Easy to follow the directions. Fun to work on. Cute art for the wall when finished. Not a quiet craft but definitely a fun one.

Fun art project for 10 yr old, final product looks great, easy to follow along.
My 10 yr old daughter loved doing this project! She was able to follow along without much help from me other than helping her learn how to hammer the nails into the board. The final product looks great in her room and she is proud to have it on her wall after completing the whole thing.I would suggest this as a fun day for tweens or teens.

A great entertainment value... if you like crafts.
a) Arrived well packaged and complete. b) Has all you need to make some crafty art c) I am sure my wife will have to help me with this, having said that...a great opportunity to work with young children as you "help" them . I like that the holes for the nails are predrilled in the plaque surface. You just have to tap them in with the included little hammer... great for young hands! d) The string appera sto not be like in the photo of the finished product, but it is. The weave is such that it compresses when stretched and fluffs when not. e) The plaque is MDF or some other panel with adhesive plastic veneer ....what do you expect for this price point? It works! f) Make sure that when you hammer the brads in you try to stay perpendicular and drive them as deep as the directions say or they will dislodge as you stretch the strings.

Good fun!
Pros:- Easy to set up- Materials feel like good quality- A nice departure from paints, needlework, and clayCons:- Not a quiet activity! Pounding in the nail is not something to do on a quiet Sunday morning.Overall:This was good fun! I would recommend putting a thick towel or a folded yoga mat underneath to attenuate the noise of pounding in the nails if you are sensitive. But its fund, its easy, and it looks like you put in way more effort than you really did.

Fun, clean, and elegant results
I got this just because the result looks so pretty. I’ve never seen this concept before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The package comes with everything that you need – including the hammer!(to be fair, the hammer is very tiny and very light-while it was doable it took 4 to 5 taps to get the nail down properly and so I used a typical hardware hammer which only took one or two blows). It comes with a plethora of identically, sized golden nails, with plenty left over to do some other project with if you are so inclined, as well as three spools of white thread round on a paper bobbin. It might be uncomfortable at first starting to put the string on because there are no specific directions on which way to work the string, but once I accepted that fact, it went a lot more smoothly.

Very pretty, a bit tedious.
Pretty good craft for adults. I love horses and got this for my own birthday to give myself a little project - it's pretty good as far as that. The hammering nails were so loud so I was glad to have that over with. The strings became a little tedious so I had to take breaks... still haven't finished it. There's really no pattern to go on unless you want to, but I found that made it harder cause I didn't want to really 'think' when it came to putting it together. I have no idea how I'll do the mane, I'll have to look close at that one. But it's really cute and I love it as a decor piece.

Perfect for the crafty horse lover in your family!
I got this for my sister-in-law and me to work on when I came to visit. It was a big success! It was easy to do, can be completed in an evening by it was definitely a high quality fun option that doesn’t rely on batteries or screens! I love the cute little hammer that came with it.
