I’ve been using my slider almost non stop since I opened it. These are the most high quality and effective stim tools. If you enjoy poker chips or coins for stimming this gives a similar feeling but the weight really adds something. Flipping the top section is nice but even just the simple act of sliding is satisfying. Also it makes a satisfying click when you want it to but for the most part it’s fairly silent. It is on the larger size, I have medium/small hands and use the junior roller. the slider might be cumbersome for smaller hands. I would love a junior size in this also. I haven’t noticed any irritation or pain from the holes in the middle as some reviews mentioned but my thumb does get a bit fatigued. Out of the roller, scroller, and slider I find myself reaching for the scroller more due to the variations of movement. You can slide or flip and change up how you use it where roller and scroller are more static. Having said that the roller and scroller are my go to for travel and throwing in my purse. The slider is prone to dropping when using it where I never drop the others. I wouldn’t want to drop it on concrete for example, it’s heavy duty and solid metal construction but I don’t want to dent or chip it. I have tried countless fidgets and the entire Ono collection are the best fidgets I’ve ever used. I initially got the Scroller a few months ago, then the Roller, just got my Slider. As soon as I opened it I started looking into what Ono is going to release next. I was feeling so disappointed in the other stims I tried, everything felt plastic and childish or didn’t have an effective stim motion. Ono hits 5 stars on all counts, stim motion, aesthetic look, the cold metal, the weight, it all adds up to perfect stim toys. I highly recommend the entire range. More than worth the cost.

Smooth and quiet fidgeting. The magnets have just the right amount of hold. You can find your ways of using it to fidget quiet, or pish the top disk around to click the magnets. Solid aluminum construction feels good in your hand, cool when you pick it up. It's pricey and made me debate if it would be worth it. I'm glad I got it! I use it almost daily for months now.

I first saw the price and laughed. Eventually began wondering maybe it's really a high value item & worth it. So I spent the money and am completely disgusted. I'll leave it at that. Ignore at your own peril.

I compared this to the Ono Scroller Fidget. This is the one I will be keeping. It feels high quality and good in the hand. Tbf, I didn’t look at the dimensions before purchasing, but it’s bigger than expected. It’s 2 inches in diameter. It replicates the feeling of two poker chips. Glide between the discs is smooth. It can either be quietly handled, or clacked to create some noise (I like the variability). I’d say it is quieter than haptic coins, even at its loudest. Magnets are weaker than I expected. There are a few times I dropped the top disc. This fidget is unlike any other I currently own and I really like the feel. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be keeping it because I think it’s overpriced for what it is (definitely not “value for money”). I think $30 would have been a more reasonable asking price.

The ONO slider is wonderful. Everything about it is just … right! The surface texture is sleek and refined, the weight is reassuringly substantial, and it fits discreetly in the hand. Even the drawstring bag it comes with feels decadent. I have seen some comments on other reviews that express some reservations about sound. I have misophonia and I find some sounds unbearable. So, yes, the slider can make a subtle shooshing, or clacking sounds under certain actions. However, if I use this fidget in a quiet environment there are plenty of satisfying ways to do so without making any noise. In a more clamorous room, I can go to town. The ONO fidgets are certainly on the more expensive side, but you are getting value for your money; the build quality and materials are vastly superior to alternatives that fail or fall apart all too quickly. What makes these fidgets stand out is their simplicity. I am not a fan of unnecessary or intrusive haptic and auditory stimuli; I turn off all those annoying “features” on my phone. The ONO products (I have a roller too) leave me in control. They allow for continual, repetitive and unconscious motion that calms me when I am anxious. I can’t put this fidget down. I take it everywhere. It makes uncomfortable social situations a little less taxing. Also – a big shoutout to YouTuber “Momonthespectrum” who introduced me to these addictive delights. Do yourself a favor – splurge! It is worth it. Additional consideration: think about your stims. One of my stims is literally rubbing my finger tips against the tip of my thumb. The ONO slider accentuates this by adding a soft magnetic resistance. Is the motion of the fidget in harmony with your stim? I think you will be happier with one of these fidgets if you take this into consideration, regardless of cost.

Described to me as the feel of rubbing two poker chips together but quiet for public use. The rubbing is quiet, feels nice, but also has the option for a nice click noise as well. I really like that this one item has both options. Also looks and feels like an EDC item, high quality. Aluminum feels good and the surface stays cool. I may have to check out the ONO Roller as well.

There is something about the tactile feedback of the top section sliding around as the magnets catch, or the soft touch feel of the machined metal, or that satisfying click when it all snaps back into its resting place, but I just can't get enough of this fidget toy. I play with it constantly while I work, sit in meetings, watch tv, wait in line place. This is without a doubt one of my favorite possessions to date. I can't speak highly enough of it. You just have to get your hands on it to really understand how outstanding it is. Kudos to ONO, they nailed it with this one.

Christmas gift for my husband, he doesn't go without these now! Very smooth and relaxing. Can be silent but you can make them click too.

Yes it’s pricey in comparison to other alternatives, however the quality and feel of this is completely worth it. Literally haven’t put it down since it arrived
