This cervical neck pillow has made a big difference in my sleep quality. It provides great support for the neck and helps keep the spine aligned, especially if you’re a back or side sleeper. I purchased this in hope my neck and shoulder pain would ease. Last night was the first night used. When I removed the pillow from the package it puffed up okay just not as big as pictured and seemed much smaller than pillow in video for this product so that was kinda disappointing. I let it sit a few hours before use in hope it would expand a bit more but it didn't lol.Anyways I slept on it and it is comfortable, at least a lot more comfortable than the $10 regular pillows at your local stores. It did help ease neck pain and did support it well just not as well as I was expecting..I will use this for a short time in hopes I find a different brand that's more comfortable. Overall good purchase for now.

Just ordered a second one! Never had a pillow that held up more than a few months until this one. Definitely helps with my neck issues and falling asleep easy. Nice design, solid support and washed perfectly.

The site says it is a queen size. I should have looked at the measurements more carefully. It measures 24" on the longest part of the pillow and 20" on the shortest part which is where you lay your head. I was expecting it to be a little bigger. I wish I had seen that before I ordered. I was searching under 'queen' pillows and this came up. A queen is 20 x 30.

It was not love at first night. The first time I tried this pillow I lasted an hour. The second a bit longer, but I threw it across the room in frustration. It took a while before it "clicked" with me, and Now I love it, don't try to take it from me!There are two sides to the pillow, of differing heights; I made the mistake of thinking I should be using the higher side - as soon as I changed to the lower option I was comfortable.

EDIT 11/2/24: Okay, so ive now had a chance to sleep on the pillow for over 2 weeks, and i can honestly say it has contributed to more neck and back pain than before. It was comfortable, so I don't know if the filling changed the more i slept on it, but i did increasingly become more and more stiff in my neck and back. I had really hoped this pillow was the answer to my prayers, but realized in frustration that it was not, hence going from 5 * to 1. I had to lay on my bed without any pillows at all last night, and woke up w less neck and back. I wish it would've worked out, but sadly thiis is going back.I can see how if you're not on the smaller side, this pillow will probably not help you align correctly while sleeping. It is definitely not a queen size pillow, but for what i was looking for that was okay... I am a 5'6" 145 lb woman~ this pillow worked great for me, especially considering i have a long neck, and mild scoliosis that has gone unresolved since i was a kid. Sleeping had become burdensome more recently for the last several years, as i couldn't find a back or side position that wouldn't have me waking up w back or neck pain. It had become so bad recently that i had just decided to sleep w/o any pillow, as all of them big and small, were causing me some form of pain. Sleeping w/o a pillow didn't feel great, but it was better than my pillow situation, so at that point i was like let's just see what an ergonomic pillow would be like. As soon as i received this yesterday i immediately took it out of the packaging. It was off-gassing a pretty intense smell, but im like whatever, and laid down on it anyway. It felt great, firm yet not too firm but more importantly supported my neck and alignment in a way that allowed my body to finally relax during sleep. I napped on it immediately for a couple hours, that's how good it was. Now i am planning to purchase one for my Mom's house when i go to visit her for the holidays. It's worth the investment if you are smaller, more on the petite side, otherwise it won't line up.

This pillow was excellent while recuperating from cervical radiculopathy. It has prevented me from sleeping in a way that irritated my neck further. I continue to use it as it provides the proper support and positioning. It has higher and lower sides to accommodate people of different sizes. I'm 5' and use the lower side comfortably.

Product said it was a queen size pillow but the item I received was barely the size of my standard pillow. Comfortable pillow, just way too small.
