I suffer daily with heartburn. It hits when eating anything during fmg the day and keeps me awake at night. Sleeoing through the night is impossible. I have tried everything but most products don't recommend you use them long term and some have been found to be harrmful. I have researched all natural remedies and came across this. Since I started using this product, 1 capsule before each meal, I haven't had a hint of heartburn. I am about a week into using this and now sleep through the night without issue Ingrediants are all natural including apple cider vinega8r. You can smell the vinegar immediately upon opening the bottle. I have not changed my diet. I love spicy food, Mexican food, pizza, hot peppers, Italian foods, everything that causes heart burn.. We are early on in using this, but in all my trials, this works better than anything else I've tried that I can use long term without issue. Hope this helps anyone suffering like I do.

I very rarely write reviews, but feel tbis one is worth it. If you suffer from acid reflux, you seriously need to give this stuff a try. I have had absolutely unbearable acid reflux every day for years, which is not ok because coffee and super spicy food are life. I ended up taking omeprazole daily for way longer than is suggested. I start taking the recommended dose of one a day for a few weeks, but as soon as I would stop it, the heartburn would return with a vengeance. I continued to take it daily and would take a rest from it over the weekend, but eventually the heartburn got so bad that I couldn't even go a day without the omeprazole. I took it daily for almost two years and ended up causing myself a lot of issues with my GI tract because my acid and stomach flora got so out of wack and I started having lots of other issues like extreme fatigue, achy bones, stomach upset, etc, which are all side effects of using an acid block long term. I started looking for a more natural approach that didn't just temporarily ease the symptoms and found this product and have been able to COMPLETELY quit omeprazole!! I started out needing 4- 6 capsules a day for the first few days and had a little bit of reflux, but not unbearable. After giving it a chance to do its job, I've only had to take two a day and have not had heartburn in a couple of weeks!! I actually ran out of my first bottle a couple days ago and have ordered my second bottle, but have not had any issues with heartburn at all!! I have gone days without taking anything for acid reflux and have been able to continue drinking my coffee and eating the spicy food!! This is a life saver!!

To start, I’m 22 years old and have been suffering from severe acid reflux for most of my life. No matter what I ate, I would always get horrible heartburn that would send searing pain in my back, chest, and stomach. I have been taking prescription omeprazole for the last 4-5 years or so, and I know that it isn’t good to take long term, so my main goal was to find a different solution that would not hurt me in the long run. I just got this product yesterday, and it has provided me immediate relief. I would have horrible bouts of reflux at night time, sometimes staying up all night because I get so uncomfortable. I took 2 when i immediately got it, 2 before dinner, and 2 when I started to feel a bout coming on later at night, and it provided me relief in about 15-20 minutes and I was able to sleep! Now, I know that it sounds like I’m taking a lot at first, but I’m hoping that once my body is adjusted to the ingredients in the product, I’ll be able to cut down on how much I take. I’m really satisfied so far that I already bought another bottle! I’m hoping this isn’t a fluke, so I will update this review in about a month or so. ETA: it’s been many months since I’ve had this, and I don’t nearly have as many episodes as I did before. Whenever I feel symptoms come on (usually at night) I’ll pop one or two and sit up for about 15-30min and feel relief. Sometimes I still have bad days, but this has hugely helped!
