I was searching for a beautiful pendulum clock that was extremely quiet for months and did not want to settle for something ordinary. I wanted beautiful, accurate and quiet. After reading reviews I chose this one. I have had it for about a month and I’m completely happy. We have it in a library area. My husband‘s hearing is so acute that the slightest ticking will bother him. I absolutely love this clock. It is like a piece of art. The pendulum swinging is completely silent quiet. We find the swinging pendulum very comforting and fun to look at. It is completely accurate for time. A little tip. There are two holes I saw on the back I guess for hanging. One is triangular I think and the other was round . I hung clock on the round hole. But it is easier to hang when using a picture hook where the hook sticks further out from the actual nail. See photo of picture hook I recommend and you’ll see what I mean. It was so easy to hang in the round hole with this hook. I suppose you could use another hook but we had this thought it was easy. Also I had some questions for the seller and she was very nice and helpful.

The clock turned out to be nice but, not exactly what I personally wanted. I was hoping that it would ‘ chime ‘ on the hour. I suppose after a time that would have driven me crazy so, it was just as well that it didn’t!!!

Didn't last long till the pendulum stopped swining.

I had been looking for a pretty wall clock with a pendulum for about a year and finally came across the Aero Snail Large Size Retro Vintage Imperial Style Elegant Silent Wood Metal Wall Clock on Amazon. I fell in love with it! The price is right in line with most other pendulum battery operated wall clocks, but I had not seen one as pretty as this one! It keeps good time, is totally silent, the second sweep hand is pretty and is handy when you want to get your pulse rate! The face is lovely. The wood is a beautiful 'cherry' brown, not a gold brown or a brown brown. The two weights don't actually work, but add such class to the look of the clock. The pendulum is pretty and makes no noise. The face and numerals are large enough to tell time from across the room. I LOVE THIS CLOCK! It makes me happy every time I look at it!

I love the design and sturdiness of the clock, but was expecting something bigger for $100.

im remodeling my bathroom. i have this rose clock in my bathroom an its brings my bathroom over the top. its very high end looking clock. its so pretty, i love to just look at it. good quality clock. the wood is solid wood not the cheap press wood. the pics on amazon dont do it justice, in person the clock is a lot nicer. i love everything about the clock. it is an attention grabber for sure. now, i just hope it keeps time well. time will tell. thanks aero snail for beautiful clock.
