Q: How do i return item and get a refund?

Contact the seller first and then Amazon if you are having problems with it. You should be able to do that from where you view your order.

Q: How do you chose among the 6 tones? the instructions do not address this. And there appear only 3: vibrate, alarm, and vibrate + alarm.

The 6 tones will go off if you have it on A (alarm) or VA (vibrate and alarm). Each time the alarm is activated a different tone will sound.

Q: We have tried the alarm for two weeks and still wetting the bed even with the alarm ringing. Is this part of the process?

This happened to me too but I realized that it was because the sensor was not placed right. I had mine placed so that as soon as there's any wetness, it goes off. I have a boy so it's very tricky. Hang in there, it gets better 🙂🙂

Q: THe clip has been coming off my child's underwear, anyway to tighten it?

The clip should not be coming off. I suggest you return the device as soon as possible. But first ensure that child is not pulling clip off and also that you have clipped it properly.
