Can’t get this in stores any more , my favourite vodka. I had purchased this twice so far and I will be purchasing again. Came the next day and that’s something considering I’m in Northern Ireland d which some vendors think is the moon regarding delivery

Is this genuine?
I've been a Russian Standard devotee for years. Have always proclaimed it to be "the best"!However my last purchase seems to have gone down a notch somewhat.Why has it gone down from 40% abv to 38%abv?Changed label, lower abv, is it even the same product????I can buy any 38% abv vodka for a much lower price.Very very disappointed 😞
