Effective and promising supplement
I've been taking this Berberine supplement for quite some weeks now, and so far, I'm impressed. I primarily got it for digestion, weight management & cholesterol and I’ve already noticed, improved energy, better digestion & reduced cravings. The capsules are easy to swallow and haven’t caused any side effects for me. I also appreciate that it's 100% vegan & comes with clear instructions. Of course, like with any supplement, consistency is key, and results can vary, but I’m hopeful and satisfied so far. Will update after a few more weeks of use!
