First time I ever wrote a review for a product. For a few years I had a significant mold problem in a small bathroom with not great ventilation. Black mold was present on a significant portion of the ceiling and some upper walls. I tried various products, scrubbed etc. It helped marginally, but nothing I tried actually removed the mold. 30 SECONDS Pro Mold and Mildew Stain Remover did in 5 minuets what I've tried to do for three years.Wish I took "before" pictures to demonstrate its effectiveness. It is nothing short of remarkable. Two spots needed a second treatment - as I mentioned the mold had been there for years - but that was to remove an extraordinarily small amount of residue left over. Two things to note: Wear a mask or simply don't breathe when applying it to a surface. Ventilate the space well. Use fans. This is powerful stuff. The smell does dissipate fairly quickly if you ventilate as suggested. Be mindful of your eyes - wear glasses or goggles when spraying. Thing two: This product may streak colored wall paint. Now, I did not sponge off the areas below the affected areas when I applied it to the wall. You may not have the same experience. I was happier the mold was gone. I can repaint the areas in question.So, heartily recommend this product. Follow the directions, don't breathe it in, and watch the mold disappear.

I have tried so many products for the mold in my shower and could NEVER get it cleaned. If I could I would definitely give this product a HIGH 10 stars. This product really did its job!! I would definitely RECCOMMEND this Mold & Mildew Remover HIGHLY!! It was scrub free just as its stated, very easy to use, No foaming and drying time was again Great!! Again THANK YOU!! P.S I wish I would have taken the before pics because for years this was a big problem and was disappointed every time I tried something new.

I admit that I was a huge skeptic when purchasing this product. Over the years, I have tried many other cleaners to remove the mold and mildew that had built up on my shower tiles. One worked fairly well, but it was a gel - difficult to apply and then hard to wipe off with a paper towel after leaving on for 24 hours. What a mess! I decided to test this 30 Seconds spray, fully intending to return it if it did not work. I first tried it on a small area. I sprayed the area thoroughly, left the product on for seven minutes, then rinsed with hot water. To my amazement, my light gray grout, which had turned a tan color, was fully restored to its original hue! Already sold, I sprayed the rest of the shower tiles. Following the same procedure, I was thrilled that my gray grout color was back, and all the little black mold/mildew spots had disappeared! The only negative about using this product is the very acrid smell, which was prevalent even with the bathroom exhaust fan on and the window completely open. I would suggest using a mask when spraying. But the strong smell was worth it when looking at the results! If you're still a skeptic, take a look at my before and after photos! I can't wait to use this product in other areas of my house! Highly recommend!

This mold and mildew stain remover really does work—often in about 30 seconds. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly it lifted the stains.The big downside is the odor. It’s extremely strong and the smell hangs around, especially indoors where ventilation isn’t enough to make it dissipate. If you have any respiratory condition (like COPD or asthma), I strongly recommend not using it. It may be “potent” in exactly the ways that make it unsafe for sensitive lungs.I’m glad it treated the problem, but the fumes are intense, so use caution and only if you can ventilate well. Love this stuff! Works perfectly! Completely gets rid of stubborn stains that no other cleaner can get rid of. Especially with our shower titles. Never seen them so white before. Warning smell is intense, would recommend running bathroom fan and maybe crack up the bathroom widow while cleaning.

This stuff is the real deal. Pricy but worth it. I’ll update with a pic later. I don’t know if actually cleans the mold or just discolors it but quick and efficient. Super strong smell so leave the window or door open. Highly recommended if you need to remove mold. I used this in my tub. I would give 6 stars if I could. amazing, amazing, amazing. I was about to donate/throw out this huge blow up dragon water slide my kids begged me to get 3 years ago because of all the mildew. I called some cleaning companies before my kiddo's summer birthday, they were going to charge me about $200 to do the job. I tried this product, literally 1 minute or so after spraying it, it's like there was no mildew at all!!! My son and I are shocked! It looks brand new! I didn't even need to brush it or wipe anything down, the mildew just disappeared! We just need to hose it down before my kids get back on it, but this just saved my summer!!!! Buying more now for the other side of the slide, the legs of my outdoor table, and who knows what else! Love, love, love.
