Life Changing Supplement
I am so very thankful for this product. As someone who has tried it all, including several other magnesium products, THIS IS GOLDEN. I started using it about a month ago and have slept through the night ever since, and with no side affects. I usually have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep and this has changed my life. Natural sleep med that works
This stuff works, take 45 to 60 min before bedtime, sleep comes naturally, no residual effects in the morning. 66 year old male and works for me

3rd trimester must
If you have trouble sleeping and need a natural solution, send it. Currently pregnant and can't take ANYTHING hardly, this helps tremendously. I'm not groggy in the morning either.

Mentally awake and legs twitching and running.
First of all, let me start by saying I am a fan of Biooptimzers products. I take magnesium breakthrough every day. Sleep pretty well, but trying to avoid the multiple times waking up in the evening to use the restroom. That being said, the sleep breakthrough was not in line with their other products. I did not sleep. My brain raced, and my legs felt like they were running in bed. I would love a full refund for this. I tried to get a refund and it said it’s not eligible for refund.

Better sleep, better mood. It does seem to work.
I have been taking this supplement for about 1 month. I have trouble sleeping and this does seem to give me longer sleep periods and you do feel more calmed and relaxed. I have not experienced any side effects and I don’t feel lethargic when I wake up. It contains magnesium along with other sleep aids. I think the combination does work. The only negative is the price. Seems a little expensive, but I know sleep is important, so I will continue to take. Also, the active ingredients are all good for your well being, and I have slightly noticed I seem to be in a more positive mood. So I would feel comfortable in recommending.

I got these by mistake when meant to order Magnesium (by same company), but ended up really liking how they helped me fall asleep without taking my rx meds! I'll keep ordering them!

Good ingredients, but didn’t help me
Seems like a good supplement but I took the entire bottle and noticed no difference in sleep. Tolerated it ok. Easy to take.
