I have been using this grit for my polish stage rock tumbling for a while now and I have been very happy with the results. This stuff works way better than anything that you get with your tumbler or from some of the other sellers that is basically pre polish.Do yourself a favor and only buy from this company!

I used this polish on some banded agates. It produced a nice finish on the stones. However, I did go one step further, and gave those same stones a final polishing with a .3 micron Al2O3 polish, and got even better results.The .3 micron polish is over $20 an ounce, so if you don't want to spend that much money, this product will give you very satisfying results on it's own.

I used a different step 4 polish that left my rocks dull and was super bummed cuz it was my first batch tumbling. Thought I did something wrong and messed up all my rocks from various vacations.Well, I messed up by buying polish from someone other than Rockshed. I redid step 4 in my vibratory tumbler using this polish grit for about 2 days and they have a beautiful sheen to them. So happy!!!!!I bought a ton, but will definitely be back i when I run out!

Great product and amazing prices

I used this polish for stage 4 for tumbling agate several years ago and it worked great. I then tried a competitor, and it barely worked as a pre-polish.
