I have been looking for an alternative to the Pruvit Ketones for years, and this product is just as effective as the Pruvit brand.Finally, a product that works just as well at Pruvit and costs a fortune less!! Whoohoo I’m so happy and excited to cancel my subscription with them.I wasn’t expecting it to match the effectiveness since evoo tried before hasn’t work, but I get the high laser focus, energy, and curbs my appetite from sugar and carbs. The taste is amazing too, I usually add my ketones with sparkling water, it’s so refreshing and good.

The taste is great in water and tea. Helps me not feel less affect after eating too many carbs while on a keto diet.

The stuff is very, very, very sweet, so I’m actually only able to use it as a sweetener in my smoothies. I can’t use it as drink…. It’s like headache level sweet to me.

Good product for keto diet

Save your money and buy anything else.Quite expensive product, but also quite favourable reviews, so I decided to give it a try. My order soon arrived, and I was delighted by the refreshing taste of the product. That was, however, also the only delightful thing about it. After finishing half of the 20-day supply (the actual price per day is approx. $2.50), I had registered no effects whatsoever. No increased energy, no lowered appetite, no weight loss or fat burn, no ketosis. Nothing. However, on the lid of the container was a web address with an offer to try another of Sports Research's products for free, so I thought I'd see if they had anything more effective. The first time I logged on to the web site, the system claimed that my Amazon order number wasn't valid, so I decided to wait a few days to see if it was simply a matter of updating order numbers. It wasn't. The second time I tried to log on, the website didn't work at all. Quite brilliant. And after having finished the rest of the product, the results were the same as halfways; i.e. nothing. So I decided to check the return policy on Sports research's website, only to discover that the return form didn't work. So I tried their online chat. It may have worked; I'm not sure, but after quite a long time I received a message apologising for the inconvenience of a technical glitch, and would I please leave my email address so they could contact me? So I did, and seriously, I doubt I'll ever hear from them again.I can not recommend this product or this firm.

This has been the 1st ketones that I can swallow without wanting to gag from the horrid taste. It's not great by any means, but at least I can chug without gross displeasure and move on with my life.

I’ve done keto a few times and have always had great success. This time I decided to add this supplement to my regimen and it really boosted my success so far. I don’t test my ketone levels via strips or anything, but I’m definitely burning fat more rapidly than before. Keto without this supplement yielded and initial 3-4lb loss, followed by 1-2lbs of weight loss per week. My first week incorporating this I lost FIVE pounds. I know in the beginning stages of keto I typically experience a larger loss followed by a steady small increment, so it will be interesting to see if I lose more than 1-2lbs per week.Also, this tastes not so great, but it’s bearable enough to get down. I put a scoop in my water bottle and try to drink it as quickly as possible (Though I do make wild faces when drinking it) I feel the benefits outweigh the strange flavor.This is a definite boost of energy as well. I feel like it’s pretty equivalent to a cup of coffee. I like it as an afternoon pick me up.I would also like to warn people that it’s pretty strong, so if you’re not already in ketosis, you’re probably going to get keto flu after a couple of days using this. It passes, but it shoves you into ketosis VERY fast and that doesn’t feel great.Overall, this product is fantastic because of how well it works. I would recommend it to anyone who is ready to boost their keto results. Especially to those who are having some troubles reaching ketosis or maintaining it.
