I'm 89 and have taken aminos for many years. I've been taking this formula for a month or so and definitely notice an improved energy. So I would suggest you check your diet first and look at reliable websites for information like Mayo Clinic. There are a lot of amino acids that have no real proof that you need to suppliment your diet.They might be helpful if you don’t have a good balanced diet.
