Little expensive, but I love the color easy to apply easy wash up . I did 3 coats and turned out great .lots left.

We used this paint on our mountain house which will definitely test its durability. Right out of the can, it is thick and seems high quality. It covers well and dries a little darker than it goes on. I have a feeling it will get through the cold winter snows and the hot summer heat just fine, but time will tell.

The finished color is a quite bit different from the color in the container.

Applied well, leveled nicely. Has slight ammonia smell out of the can. New type formula for rustoleum. See how it holds up with south exposure.
