Our 2 toddlers love the flavor of this PediaCare Infants Acetaminophen Oral Suspension Liquid, Fast-Acting Infant Pain Reliever/Fever Reducer, Grape Flavor, 1 fl oz (2 Pack) and, face it, that's half the battle! It seems to work as well as any other acetaminophen we've used in the past. The syringe works well and makes administering it a cinch.

Works just as well as the name brand and without all the dyes. The only thing is, when you get it make sure you shake it REALLY well. It has a tendency to settle. My kids had low grade fevers and this stuff worked great. Also, the cost is half the name brand at the same size.

This pack offers 160mg in each 5ml, which is standard and comparable to the name brands on the market. It tastes just fine and our toddler can take it with ease. This OTC is manufactured by Randob Labs, which is a US based firm so I feel confident about it. For the price range, it is slightly more affordable than the leading brands acetaminophen so that's a plus.

If you have a little one in the house having Pediacare on hand ready to go in cold season is a must. A two pack is the way to go as we always seem to have just the end of a bottle when one of these guys gets sick.
