These are very helpful pain relief. The cap is a little too cold straight out of the freezer and causes pain on my bare skin. So I can’t pull it down over my eyes for awhile. Other than that, I do love that they function as a hands-free ice packs, are comfortable to lie down in, and the gentle pressure of the cap around my head is extremely soothing. I appreciate the sturdy storage bags for cleanliness in the freezer. The cold lasts a little bit longer than the blue one I got from Walmart

These work great. They are very cooling. Even if you don't store them the refrigerator or freezer I would recommend these two other people who have migraines.

Good quality product. Lasts about 15 minutes ”maybe“ Not really sure if it helps or not. It did cool me down when I fell flustered I can say that. Comfort is pretty good nice for. There isn’t a smell after several uses that I have noticed.
