Love this fountain, it's pretty big so works great for 2 large dogs and we just use a pitcher to refill it. Make sure you clean it at least every 3 weeks.. one of our girls is super slobbery so sometimes I clean it every 2 weeks. Pump motor makes a gross sound when water is running low, so it's a quick reminder to fill it up. We put it on a kasa smart plug so that we can turn it off remotely when we leave town. Works great, easy to clean and love that it's stainless steel instead of plastic.

This item was easy to assemble and has definitely met my needs. Made providing water for my animals much easier. My big and small dogs and my cat love it. Not too loud.

I received this today (June 2025). I set it up and my cats and dog are using it. So far I am happy with it, but here are some of my comments to why I gave it a 4 star review.Volume: it does not hold 7L, it is more like 5ishL to no more than 6L. I filled the container to the MAX mark with 1.5 gallons.Cord: is about 5ft, however due to my dog splashing water while drinking, I am going to have to buy a USB extender cord.Power outage water supply: the top dish does not retain water.Dog Size: I don't have a large dog, but I would like to share that this drinking fountain is definitely for a small dog, if I had a large dog this will not work for me.

My dogs started using it immediately. I was worried when I read you can't allow it to run dry. I almost sent it back. But I realize it gets to the place you can hear pump when the water is getting low. So that reminds me. Havent had any issues with leaking as other have said. I am. Happy with the purchase

Great water fountain! Easy install, but was a little confusing at the mounting point. It has a plastic screw on cover with screen, but wasn't any threads to connect the handheld showerhead. I ended up removing the plastic cover and installed the showerhead. It went on tight with no leakage. The water flow was great!

Really impressed with this fountain. I had a couple of fountains but kept having to refill them almost every day they were barely 108oz and I have 6 cats. This was impressive. Easy to clean, works like a champ, holds an impressive amount of water. It feels like it’s made of good quality material, and is whisper quiet. I didn’t realize it had a nightlight though until I plugged it in, but I like it, since it lets me see the water level and the cats seem to really enjoy it compared to the old fountain I had.

Pros:Since I have 3 larger dogs and 2 cats, I really liked the capacity of this bowl.My cats really seem to like it the most.Used without the spigot so it just bubbled out; gave the water more surface area on top.Not very loud at all. Never heard the pump, only the bubbling of the water.The price is pretty good. Especially considering how big the actual bowl is.Cons:It either leaked or spilled out the back, causing my floors to get soaked. Thankfully I had it sitting on an absorbent mat, otherwise my wood floors would have been ruined.With just the window in the front, it is a little difficult to gauge the water level.Would be nice if the pump had an automatic shut off when the water level was too low.In conclusion:I can’t really comment on the quality, durability, or life of the motor because I was not able to use this long enough. Because it keeps leaking, I am sadly going to only be using it as a standard water bowl. Thankfully, it is a pretty big bowl, so that does make it seem like less of a waste of money. Maybe it wouldn’t leak/spill if you use the fountain attachment, but it is advertised as being able to be used both ways, so that is why I’m leaving this review.

I'll start by saying that these are amazing! I would give them 5 stars but I have 2 super SMALL issues:(1) I bought 2 of them and for some reason the blue light on one is much dimmer than the other so it's harder to see how full it is, and(2) For some reason, it will start showing signs that it's getting emptier, even when I'm watching the dogs not drink from it (it's a slow process, and it's not leaking so it's more confusing than problematic).They both hold so much water and it's so convenient with my two LARGE dogs. I give them water about every other day now instead of filling their bowls every morning and evening (and knowing they're not drinking enough during the day).9/10 absolutely would recommend!
