My charger port broke. So I bought this product. I was very nervous about opening the back of my Samsung phone and installing this. I had my son help me. As long as you take your time and watch the video on you tube. There are a bunch of good videos clearly showing me how to replace it. So after getting the back of the phone really hot to soften up a the glue the back came right off. Just slowly use the tool to gently go around the seam of glue the back will come off. Be very careful because the back is plastic and will crack. Take your time. Once back is off simply follow the videos. We took the old one out and install this one. Before we closed it up we tested it and it worked perfectly. Now I can charge my phone. No more messages saying slow charging check your connection. And no more messages saying water in charging port. I was so scared to pay such a cheap price, but I am so glad I did. It's been about 2 months and it's still going good. Would absolutely recommend this. In fact I already have recommended it to several people.

Did not come with tools. One of the connections is soldered on crooked. Charging worked but now had no signal.

I just installed this part in my Dad's phone. I'm not some phone/electronics tech. but I've watched step by step videos on these kind of repairs and they're pretty easy. I started making my own repairs after some jank experiences from repair places. (Anywho) For this one I watched a video on YT by a channel named phonerepairmaster9786 "Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Charging Port Replacement" the default has a picture of a animated bearded guy and the video image is a phone being held on a blue mat. This part was perfect, the only difference i noticed was a small red rubbery square padding on the back side of the charging port peices. It just made for a nice snug and secure fit. I replaced the broken port with the new one I ordered and it fit perfectly and works great! I would HIGHLY recommend getting this one. It's always tough trying to figure out if the part is going to be what you need but take it from me, this one works! (Samsung 23 Ultra)

Got this piece when I had to replace my screen and back on .y phone. The original in my phone had stripped screws so gave up and bought this. So far it works well. Easy to put in. Came with everything needed.

Works perfect

This replacement fixed my S23 Ultra service network issue with 5g. My old USB port was fine for charging and audio output, but for some reason, the network started to fail randomly. It's also easy to do the replacement yourself. Just be careful with the back cover so it doesn't crack.

I bought this and I was really skeptical, but I have to say that it worked well until today, the port charges well and the speakers continue to work. If any changes occur, I will update this review.
