Leveled up my workouts
I bought this vest looking to get a little more out of walking. I’ve had it for about two weeks and taken it out on maybe half a dozen walks and am really liking it so far.It seems well made and it’s comfortable. There’s a bit of a smell when brand new but I didn’t find it too bothersome and it does dissipate with use. Once the straps have been properly adjusted it stays put. I haven’t had any issues with rubbing or chafing. The base 12-pound weight is distributed throughout the vest in such a way that it doesn’t put excessive pressure on my shoulders. Pouch on the front is handy for carrying keys, phone, sunglasses, whatever small items you might want or need during your exercise. Since I do a lot of walking near roads the reflective elements are appreciated. Seems to dry out quickly enough when it gets damp from sweat.I weigh about 175 pounds and am currently using the vest loaded to 16 pounds. For a brisk walk, the vest definitely takes the effort level from easy to moderate while still being sustainable. My heart rate can easily be 10-20 bpm higher than the same pace without additional weight. The effect is especially noticeable when hills are added in; what was no sweat before will have me puffing a bit by the time I reach the top. Aside from the cardio benefits, I can also feel that my legs are putting in extra work as well.Definitely pleased with the purchase so far, and with 16 pounds giving me the challenge I was looking for I’m glad there’s still room to step up to 18 pounds. For anyone who’s been walking for a while and finds they’ve plateaued a bit and wants to step it up - this is an excellent choice.

Great weighted vest.
The weight is fine (10lbs) for my wife who is like 110lbs. She’s able to use it and has the mobility to do exercises with it on. No complaints on the feel, it’s comfortable and adjustable. I can wear it and it adjusts fine ( 6’3” 200lbs). It gets the job done for extra weight for training purposes for the money. I would recommend this one for anyone wanting to add a little more comfortable weight. Also, there’s little to no smell. I’ve seen other reviews where people complain about the smell. If you’ve ever worked out in a gym and are familiar with the smell of the rubber mats, it’s a very light smell of that - if you’ve ever worked bury your nose into it.

Great Vest for your money, with minor flaw
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased the APEXUP Adjustable 20-32lbs Vest to help prepare for the Police Academy. My main goal was to find something that would mimic the feel of an on-duty vest, and overall, this vest gets the job done well. The fit is excellent—snug but comfortable, and it mostly stays in place during workouts. I've completed a few HIIT workouts and treadmill runs in it, and I haven't experienced any rubbing or chafing, which is a big plus. The material handles sweat well and dries pretty quickly between sessions. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the clip straps doesn't hold properly. It slips out of place during movement, which can get annoying. I’ll likely end up sewing it in place to keep it secure. There is a bit of a smell when you first open the box, but from experience, I know it’ll fade over time. Honestly, it’s not something that bothers me.All in all, it’s a solid vest for training—especially if you're preparing for law enforcement, military work or just weight loss. Just be aware of the clip issue and be ready to make a minor fix.

Versatile and comfortable!
absolutely love this weighted vest! It’s incredibly comfortable to wear, and I really appreciate how easy it is to adjust both the weight and the waist tension so it stays secure without shifting around during workouts. The front pocket is a game-changer—it fits my phone perfectly and keeps it handy without getting in the way.One of my favorite things about this vest is its versatility. When I’m traveling and don’t have access to a gym, I take it off and use it for front and lateral raises. It doubles as a weight and adds so much value beyond just wearing it.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a practical, comfortable, and multi-use fitness tool!

10/10 Worth every penny! Comfortable & good quality!
10/10 buy it! It’s perfect the distribution of the white is perfect! I purchased a the 12-18lb & it’s more than enough! I’ve been consistently using it for a couple of weeks & the results are resulting lol. I’m 5’2 & was 171lb when I purchased. Fits nice doesn’t ding into shoulders making it comfortable, good quality & the weight adjustment makes it’s worth the money! So far I have only add 3 of the little bean bags it comes with, the best itself is already weighted so you could start with just the vets & gradually add weight. Definitely recommend to all the moms seeking that addition to increase the workout.

Whatever your reason, get it! Worth all the pennies.
I lost a good amount of weight over the past year and I don't want to forget what it felt like, ya know, trying to keep the momentum up. This roughly 40lb vest, when all sand bags are in use, does the trick. Every day when I take it off, is like, holy crap, I was carrying that and then some before. It definitely helps with motivation and training.

Weighted Vest
Vest is easy to get on and off, but it does have to go over your head. The shoulders are nicely cushioned and quite comfortable while wearing. The adjustable straps on the sides are pretty long, allowing plenty of room to make the vest fit as snugly or as loose as you'd like. The weight of the vest is evenly distributed between front and back, including the additional removable weights.I've only been using mine for a few weeks, but the quality seems very good and worth the price. It has definitely added some intensity to my workouts.
