Good quality product. Very useful for quick work out.
I am a doc … have busy and long hours of work and also sitting. Am able to do complete upper body exercises in 15 minutes. Doesn't occupy space. Quite nicely built. Can even use on the go in the backseat of my car on long commutes.

Excellent quality Flamingo exercise band
The product arrived nicely packed. The band is very sturdy and is non slippery while working out. I find this quite useful and am able to do a full body workout in 15-20 minutes. I carry one of these in my travel bag.
