Mi hijo quería un carro de juguete para su cumpleaños. El estaba tan emocionado que hasta lloró. Pero el carro llegó lamentablemente con una pieza rota. Me comuniqué con el vendedor, el me contestó rápido, fue muy amable y cómo no tenían la pieza que se rompió, me envió otro carro y me dijo que me quedara también con el otro. Yo no sabía cómo agradecerle el hecho que me resolviera tan rápido. Porque mi hijo lloraba y lloraba por qué el no quería que yo devolviera el carro, el no entendía. Pero ahora está más que feliz. Así que recomiendo este producto al 100% y su servicio al cliente es excelente.

This is the worst product ever. My son was riding it and peddle broke off. It’s been losing bolts from the steering too. I will never buy this place again. Hasn’t even been a few weeks. We have a kett car peddle go kart that’s lasted twenty years.

This came and was easy enough to assemble, but the chain broke after my son rode it the second time….. not worth the money I spent!

Es un gran juguete, como le con lo que dice. Es de muy buena calidad se siente fuerte y duradero, tiene un gran tamaño y pueden usarlo niños desde los 4 años creo hasta los 12 años.

La verdad estoy satisfecho con esta compra con el provedor con su pronto remplazo el primer producto me salio defectoso pero me lo remplazo rapido y estamos contentos con el producto

I bought this to my 6-year son, but you will need an Incredible Huck power to maneuver this Go Kart which make it very dangerous. It is heavy, doesn't steer. Now I tried to return it, but it is too big, and UPS will not take it without a box. There is no box size available. The seller sold it on a custom-made card box with a lot of packing tape which fell apart when I opened. Don't spend your money on it, for sure you will regret.

I ordered this for my son and they sent me one with the sprocket welded crooked, I contacted the manufacturer and they promptly sent me a replacement. My son loves it!

Great customer support experience. My son loved the go kart for all of 20mins. I have 2 of these now but both chains broke after using it in the first 20mins. Hopefully I can get new chains from somewhere maybe that will fix the problem.
