It worked! I got rid of a persistent ground loop I was unable to remove by grounding
I tried every grounding trick I could find to fix a ground loop. I finally broke down and tried these with a noise supressor on the power. It worked! This was on a 12V boost converter running a T-AMP chip amp in a truck. The ground lead inside each attach to the ground of the RCA on either side of the isolation transformer internally. I tried attaching the ground leads, but it reintroduced noise.

Se conecta prefecto con el amplificador y no tiene juego en los conectores
Funcionó perfecto. No mas ruido estático cuando prendo el estéreo

Absolutely kills lows but did remove the noise.
I originally bought these to help with some alternator wine in my mids/highs. First, I rerouted all of my RCAs down the opposite side of the car from the Amp wires (Electro magnetics is a real thing). After relocating the RCAs the wine was gone from the mid/highs amp but then I noticed a low hum in the subwoofer amp when connected to the RCAs. I attempted to use one of these in line with my JL audio 500/1. The Noise was gone but I lost about 70% of the output of the amp. I had set the 1-ohm load to 24v. After installing one of these noise isolators the output voltage dropped to 7v. I could not turn the gain up enough on the amp to match my other amp.

Not Sure If It's Blocking Bass???
After I Hooked This Up The Hum Was Gone But So Is Some Of My Bass Thump On The Very Low End I Had...I'm Going To Have To Run Some Test Tones With And Without And See If It's Actually Cutting My Bass Out Of My Subwoofers On My DJ Equipment... It May Have A Sub-Sonic Filter

Works Great! Even in a Marine Application
Worked on my 2018 moomba after I had a horrible whine from the tower speakers when the engine was running. Whine is gone!! Connected to the RCA cables running from the head unit right before they go into the amp

Tried it for Subwoofer ground loop hum
Removed the ground loop hum but degraded the signal to the subwoofer. I don’t use it.
