Wouldn’t have made it after surgery without this pillow! It fits perfectly between your armpit and hand. Keeps your arm elevated and the strap is great to keep it in place for sleep. It’s so soft but seems so sturdy and you can wash the pillow case easily with the zip up cover. Love the pocket for functionality. So worth the money for surgical elbows/shoulders. Easy to use and stays in place.

The pillow is nice and soft, very easy to use. I like that it has a removable cover to wash. it is very light which helps to i use at night to rest my shoulder on it. It also has adjustable shoulder strap and arm strap that snaps in place for comfort.

I found this to be comfortable. I was finally able to be comfortable and sleep after rotator cuff repair surgery. The straps held my arm in place in a comfortable position. I recommend this for anyone who had the surgery. The strap was a little long so I snapped the shortest adjustment to the opposite side and that worked for me.

This MOYOAMA rotator cuff pillow seemed like a viable solution to my rotator cuff and bicep tendon pain while I await surgery to repair three major tears. However, this pillow was not comfortable for me when I tried using it laying down, when I have the most pain. In addition, the shoulder strap I received had the snaps attached on the wrong side, making it impossible to velcro the strap in place with room for my average sized arm. The long black fuzzy velcro strip should face out during use, but mine faced in, towards my side, making it nearly impossible to close the velcro fastener or use the pillow when sitting up. As a result, I returned this pillow but I still think it could be a help for some depending on their injury and assuming they receive a properly made strap. I appreciated that the seller reached out to me wanting to make things right, but I opted not to reorder this pillow since the shape wasn't comfortable for me based on the extent of my injury including my bicep tendon. However, this pillow was very soft and squishy, so it might be worth trying if you are suffering from rotator cuff pain only - each injury is different.Note: I am using a soft body pillow and it has helped reduce my shoulder pain during the night. I am also using a microwavable “bean bag” to apply heat while I await surgery.

I’ve been in a lot of pain since my surgery and not sleeping. Saw this and it looked really soft and comfortable. After it atlrrived I tried it that night. It was fantastic! Slept all niigt pain free. I even use it on my recliner in the evening for support watching I highly recommend it.

The pillow is just like the picture online. I got it for my husband to use following shoulder replacement surgery. It helps to give his arm a rest from the sling and provide support. The pillow is soft but also plump enough to prop his arm and support it in a comfortable position while sitting or laying down. There is a pocket to keep the remote control or his cellphone inside which is helpful to prevent it from slipping through the recliner cushions on the sofa.
