Very smooth and not overly sweet, which I really liked. Dissolved easily and completely.

This hot chocolate mix makes a rich hot chocolate and dissolves well in hot liquid. I'm looking forward to baking with it, as the mix itself smells wonderful. Great mix.

There are so very few vegan / dairy free hot chocolate options out there, let alone a good one! This one is great tasting, blends well and isn’t too sugary.

Seal: good enough. The lid seems like it'll pop off if you drop the container sideways so be careful. // Taste/mixing: The instructions says 2 tbsp for 8-12oz of milk. Following this gives it a nice subtle sweet taste which is what I like. Though my family likes it sweeter. I can confirm it dissolves easily in both cold/hot milk but I havent tried it with water. // Size/value: This is the main reason why Im giving it a 4 star. The container itself is pretty small and when you open it, it's roughly 80-89% full. So for $12 its a bit much. If it was around $10 then Id give it a 5 star.

I haven’t had hot chocolate since 2017 when I contracted AlphaGal Syndrome from a tick bite. After I added a non dairy milk, it was heavenly to once again enjoy a hot, tasty, chocolate milk just like everyone else. I finally felt like a part of the group with my own, safe for me, hot chocolate! I look forward to another hot chocolate night!

I use this with water only. It is OK. I did like the Swiss Miss dairy free better. I have not tried it mixed with milk or dairy free milk,

I've been a lifelong Swiss Miss fan. It takes something as amazing as this to get me to pick something else. Add to that, I have Celiac so allergen safety is also a must. This is from Switzerland and their allergen messaging was clear. With that hurdle cleared, I found that they're not lying when they say it mixes well with hot milk. Or cold milk, but I didn't try that. I was expecting some kind of clumpy mess, but it didn't happen. It really is as easy as the packets of Swiss Miss, and better for me since I'm using real milk. And it's yummy. None of the above matters if it's not delicious. And it is. In a very large mug, I poured until it was 2/3 full with milk, zapped in the microwave until hot, and mixed two tablespoons of mix into it. It was almost too sweet. Next time I'm going to add some black cocoa. (You know about black cocoa right? Double-Dutched cocoa?)
