We didn't jump on the bandwagon of air fryers when they first became all the rage because of their energy-saving properties. But now seemed a good time, this item seemed a good price and we liked that it had a bigger drawer and a smaller one - unlike some of its more expensive rivals.On the whole, we're very pleased with our new air fryer. We've experimented with several items now, with mixed results - but that's partly down to us getting used to how long things take. We find items crisp up better if spaced apart, rather than just thrown in.As expected, the first items we cooked tasted a bit tainted, due to the machine getting hot for the first time and, no doubt, burning off some residue on the new heating elements. This was despite washing the food drawers, so bear this in mind. In hindsight, it would have been better to let the appliance heat up empty once or twice for at least 15 minutes, then wash the drawers before cooking any food.Despite never using this item before, it was very simple to work out what to do, with the easy-to-see buttons on the console. Food was cooked and ready to eat in the time it normally takes to pre-heat our oven. So we look forward to many quicker and more cost-effective meals ahead.

Have put off buying an air fryer for a long time, but I'm so glad I bought this one from CookwiseIt's brilliant and very he's easy to use it heats up pretty quickly and the food I've cooked in it so far has been delicious. It is a good size and with a two separate compartments will be very useful – just wish it has come with some recipes for beginners.Looks stylish and easy to clean

Value for money, looks nice, 2 compartments different sizes will easily fit a whole medium chicken in one side, very easy to use control and food can be timed to finish cooking at the same time. Only downside max temperature 200 degrees. Worth the money though.

Have had it for a couple of months now and have used it regularly.Compared to the oven, It cooks faster, with less oil, uses less electricity and most importantly, the food turns out better and more evenly cooked with less effort, and it is quiter and easier to clean as well.The controls are fairly intuitive and simple to follow.Sausages, chicken, beef, potatoes or roast vegetables, it works well for a family of three, though having seen how well it does, might have contemplated even buying a slighly bigger one to use for when more people come round;That said, the compact size of this one was also a selling point - this one sitting under the cupboard on the counter top in our tiny kitchen, it has not caused us any problem so far in terms of heat or smell.I haven't tried baking in it yet, but am not foreseeing that to be a problem either when I get round to it.This is my first air fryer, so dont have a lot to compare it to other than the oven, but when speaking to other people who have an air fryer, it seems to be pretty much on the money.The oven is now only going to be used exceptionally, when what we have simply won't fit in the fryer, but other than that I see no reason to go back to using it regularly.

Only had this air fryer a couple of weeks but love it. It is easy to use and program. Great to clean. Love it. Can definitely recommend.

Never used an air fryer before but got the hang of it and it's great to cook stuff like salmon, sausages, fishcakes, steak, potato wedges - anything that you'd cook in your oven really. Heats up very quickly indeed - most stuff takes less than 15 - 20 minutes max including heating up. Very easy to clean with removable cooking racks too as everything is non stick. The two pans are a good size. Can fit pretty much everything except maybe a really big roast in the larger one, and we also use the small one to keep food warm at a low setting if necessary. Would buy again.

Worked great for 3 months then stopped working. Contacted their 24hr customer support. 2 days no reply.Avoid

This is my first air fryer and it has not disappointed! I chose it due to the favourable reviews, sensible price and the fact it has the flexibility of two different sized compartments. It is now used daily, for everything from savoury to sweet. Everything turns out delicious, and with minimal effort! A fabulous gadget. Highly recommend.
