I've been taking this a month. I just purchased my 2nd bottle. It tastes fine, a little on the sweet side. When I first started taking it I would put it in a little water to dilute the flavor (along with black seed oil) now I just drop it in my mouth. I'm not sure if it helps or not. I did some research and it said it typically takes 6-8 weeks for it to work. I'm only at 4 weeks . I've experienced no side effects.

I tried it for a while but I saw no benefit for me and this seems true for any tinctures. I understand everyone is different so this could work wonderfully for you. The seller is very helpful and explains things in detail. This was great! . If tinctures work for you I recommend trying this as moringo has many health benefits.

Great taste and has given me an appetite
Taste is great. I noticed an increase in my appetite which is good. The vitamins are definitely working. Just started taking this week and looking forward to seeing the results in my hair and skin from inside out.
