I've suffered a very debilitating respitory illness for several years, and thought I'd give these herbal tea bags a try. They've certainly helped clear the way. I feel so much better breathing wise, wish I'd heard of them before. Would recommend.

Nnice well packed t bags 50 in total. Quite an acquired taste but very nice. I have one a day for 2 cups of tea no milk or sugar. Not sure I’ve noticed diuretic effect but I think ankle less swollen so maybeI would say quite expensive but you get 50 and I’ve paid a lot more for tea

Bought for cold season to help with stuffy noses etc. Earthy but not unpleasant taste and actually quite a nice hot drink for bedtime, seems to relax me a bit for sleep. Also as a smoker, I have noticed a little less related congestion and phlegm (such a nice thing to describe isn't it 😂) only negative I would say is the label says to use 2 bags per drink which means that the amount in the container won't last that long so seems a little less value for money.

Delicious tea, very refreshing, I like that it's caffeine free so can be drank anytime. Easy to prepare, lovely hot or cold. Normally drink Rosehip, but this is much more satisfying. Pleasant smell and the colour is a beautiful deep red/pink. I've made several order's now, cost effective.

I have been drinking spearmint tea (different brands) for the past two years and let me tell you, these bags do not contain spearmint, in fact they are made of green tea!!! The taste is literally like drinking green tea…Save yourself the money…

Spearmint flavour is subtle but pleasant! Packaging nice and keeps the bags fresh!
