I am an electrical enigneer that mostly does firmware and software development. I also do board design and productization as well as data center AI development. I am often hunched over my workbench or spending hours and hours at my desk editing code or my designs. I get terrible back pain between my shoulder blades and just below my neck. I have CKD stage 2-3A, which means I can't take NSAIDs else my kidneys will get destroyed. I want o avoid dialysis and death until I am ready to shake this mortal coil off. My nephrologists recommended my PCP to prescribe Tramadol. Which to me, is like a placebo. I feel no effect from it at all (yet they consider it a narcotic - uhm no). Was researching pain relief that is actually effective for CKD patients and its basically narcotics, nerve blocks, or TENS/EMS. I spend some time searching through all the various manufacturers and settled on this one. I am extremely happy with the performance. It ie extremely easy to use. It holds a charge for hours and hours of use. The high quality hard case is very nice. It has som many different patterns of nerve/muscle stimulation. It doesn't necessarily remove the pain, but it does make it so it isn't so terrible. The different pulse and strengths allow me to really dial in the pain relief. This is also an EMS unit. Meaning it can also be used to build muscle and prevent atrophy. It works very well. It is so powerful, I can't even put it to the highest strength. Well worth the money. It is almost hard to believe you can get this quality for the price. I can remember years ago when I wsa in the Marines I had a muscle stimulator to help build my abs. That thing was like 500 bucks - 20 years ago. This one is much better than that for less than 10th the cost and 1/4 the size. This is so small its hard to believe. I also picked up some extra pads, even though the pads continue to work forever as long as you put them back on their wrapper or on the included plastic card. I would definitely recommend and would buy again.

Oh. My. HECK! 10 stars. Where has this been all my life? I have restless leg a LOT and find it very hard to relax and sleep. I use this for just 5 minutes on the troubled areas and the spasms are gone and the muscles are relaxed. WOW! I did not think it would help so quickly! The pads are removable and reusable. It takes a bit of work to take them off, but do NOT discard the plastic cover when you remove them from the sticky part. And yes, you must stick the pads to your skin in order for it to work. (I tried, haha) The directions are super easy to follow to get started using it pretty quickly. I love that it is rechargeable! The only thing I'm bummed about is the fact that the manuals don't go into details about the different settings and what they would be for. Try them all out. Each setting has multiple sub settings in it for different types of stimuli. Then you can adjust the intensity. So far, I've only been able to stand it at a 6 on one level but 5 on most, and one, I don't go past 4. So, there is a LOT more that you can do. This is such a small device but packs a punch and is so wonderful. I'm so excited to try it out on other troubled body areas that get so fatigued. This is so compact and easy to carry with you. It is a wonderful device for muscle care! Oh, yeah, and it also uses USB C to charge.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and a herniated disc and even the strongest meds don't completely work. This unit however fills the gap and has a number of TENS functions to choose from with adjustable intensity to override the pain in a lasting way. The adhesive on the pads is also strong and allows for multiple use extending the time between replacement. This is definitely the best TENS unit that I've tried and for a very modest price. It's easy to use and the battery lasts a long time in a single charge. I just wish it had a belt clip or lanyard for added convenience if I'm not wearing clothing with pockets.

This is my first tens unit. I like that it is compact. The pads remain sticky after several uses. It does provide some pain relief. It is very lightweight and I like it has a handy case to carry with you. Since I don’t have anything to compare it to, I will just say it’s adequate. Pricier than some, but not as costly as others.

Product works as stated, 4th or 5th intensity level is very strong, with a total of 40 intensity levels. Great quality & bargain for the price, Very affordable. The carry case and electrodes are also quality material.
