Lines too short
The lines that come with the fenders are difficult to use. These lines are too short. When the line goes through the middle hole of the fender and back through the loop there is only one feet left of line. Too short to tie off to anything and the fenders will hang to high off the boat in most cases.

Cheap pump
Bumpers were solid - cheap pump broke during first pump - left me w flat bumpers at lake and had to drive back into town to get air. The Company immediately contacted me after the post and made it right - solid

valve ripped out of 1/4 during initial fillup -- but vendor helped me out
EDIT: The vendor read my review and offered me a full refund, even after the 30 day limit -- so while I experienced troubles, they were able to help out. This customer service more than makes up for the defect in the product that I received.Read the headline. A valve pulled out of the body with little to no effort during the initial inflation on one out of 4. Too long to request a refund, so i'm screwed. I'll probably try to self-repair somehow, but I haven't thought it out yet. Test them on arrival ASAP -- don't be like me.

good value for the money
Bought these; took forever to pump them up to size. The ropes that come with are a little narrow and you have to make a huge knot for them not to go back through the hole when thrown over. They are, however a nice size and very durable for the money. We just had to go buy thicker and stronger rope.

These things are huge...for my little skiff
OK so my old fenders were looking like old fenders do when they are stored in a compartment over several winters. They were getting dirty and stained with mold/mildew and not coming clean, so I thought I'd just replace them. Without actually looking at them and just kind of guessing based on vague hands-in-space visualization (you know, where you hold you're hands up and think "yeah that's probably about 10x28") I ordered these... these huge things... for my 15' skiff.... they make my old fenders look like water bottles next to them. My old fenders were given to me by my brother-in-law after he sold his 27' boat, so they were a little big for my 21' pontoon and the center console that came after it. They were definitely overkill for the 15' skiff that I now have. These would probably be appropriate for a 30'+ boat.Oh well, we were in the process of moving and I didn't take them out of the box to look at them, so I'll figure out something...As far as the actual product, and not my situation with them, they seem to be nice, tough, reasonably squishy fenders. I had a little trouble getting them inflated. The needle went in but didn't want to let air in. A little adjusting the depth and rotating it and I got it to work. I was using my compressor, not the little hand pump that was included. Just sticking the needle in and pressing my rubber tipped blowgun to it to inflate them. The ropes were not the quality I was used to, twisted nylon (I think) and I'm used to braided dock lines. They will be OK, but I'll probably replace them if I end up keeping them. All in all they are a good product I think, they are just the wrong size for my boat.

Keep that yacht safe
These fenders are meant for a big boat. Take a look at the size - 10 inches by 28 inches. Keep that in mind when purchasing. The fenders come deflated, but the kit includes a hand pump with needles to inflate them. Unfortunately, there is no guidance telling you how much to fill them, but it is not rocket science. Once inflated, they kept the air in regardless of how much pressure I exerted on to them. So far I have had no issues, they look good, and come complete with everything you need. They are on the expensive side of things though as I did some more research.
