Manufacturing defect
After getting a replacement, I was disappointed to find that whenever I pulled the cap off to write, the refill would also would come off, as it would get stuck to the cap! I had to use force to separate the cap from the refill every time!

Pathetic product all together, BIG ZERO FOR VALUE OF MONEY, I mean how even a carry forward too can make mistakes when you know that the order is urgent is to be shipped internationally. Why even you guys list such zero class products on your inventory. Full of scratches on the metal surface, pasting marks like it has been done from road side
