Is it liquid or semi liquid ? How it will be used when it is not in liquid form ?
Item was delivered on 5th December. Opened on 20th December. Unfortunately it's found in semi liquid form . So it's very much problematic to use in droper. It is not a liquid form.

Works Well but the Consistency Needs Improvement
This product has helped my skin and I have seen noticeable improvements since using it. However I am disappointed with the consistency. It is extremely thick, more like a paste than a serum, and it does not get into the pipette at all. I have to turn the bottle upside down and pat it into my palm to get any product out. The formula works for me but the packaging and texture make it frustrating to use.

received empty bottle. serum was in thick form stick inside the bottle and dropper. seems to be damaged.
